Daily water bottles were provided Location was great The man at the bar/restaurant was incredibly pushy in demanding immediate payment or reminding us multiple times a day our bill was with reception Terrible wifi Towels smelled dirty and damp Bathroom smelled like smoke Pool tiling and flooring throughout were very average and hazardous

The room is spacious, clean, affordable price, strategic location close to the beach and Discovery Mall and directly next to Lippo Mall, very nice for walking and shopping, I will come back here The female reception staff were not very friendly, and some of the facilities in the room were not working properly.

Location is pretty good, close to lots of things around and easy if you travel to the airport. Pool also not too bad, just a bit hard to fully enjoy it as it's all 2m deep, which is a bit odd, and many tiles are chipped (bit dangerous). Awful smelly towels in the room. Pool bar closed down permanentlyt and restaurant not really fully operating. The ladies at the check in was a bit rude. Bathroom not very clean. We just stayed for 6 hours because we had a flight from Denpasar, otherwise we could not even consider one night at this bogan place.

Cheap and best, spacious, with a pool, near the market and restaurants. There was also a veranda for seating and eating in each room. All rooms are on the ground floor. Nothing to say. All good

Such friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to the airport for our overnight stay. Beautiful gardens and surroundings.

Staff was not courteous, they did not help the luggage move. Rooms were smelled like smoking.

None but the gardens Everything but the gardens, so dates and not to stay with family at all, plus booking .com booked four persons in a room of 3 persons, no bed for fourth person, checked out in 6 hours

The hotel is pretty old and rooms have a smell. It showed lack of maintenance. We didn't have adaptors other hotels provided for us. Cleanless. Our room was pretty dark and old. We were use to these pretty rooms in all the island and this room was very one star hotel

Best budget hotel in Kuta. It's not luxury but for the price it's pretty great. The staff are amazing, good breakfast is 50,000IDR and late check out is 150,000IDR until 6pm. Walking distance from the airport.

Room was spacious, close to airport and handy to shops and massages Was a bit slippery at parts by the pool. Could do with a water blasting of the bricks to rid the slippery moss.

The bathroom had a drainage smell. There was no lift in the building where we stayed. So, we had to carry all our baggage through the stairs which was a bit difficult.

Location - Near to airport / beach / Restaurant / Market, Rooms was spacious. Rooms are old, Bathroom / Toilet cleanness can be better. Towel was not cleaned.
