My favourite was the Super King Sized beds and the interconnecting rooms. Our location within the hotel was ideal as we were only second floor and looked out onto the luscious gardens The shower head in room 2113 needs replacing and it would be nice to have a little carton of milk in our fridge for early morning / late morning cups of tea.

On most mornings, we requested breakfast cooked by Sari. This was convenient and Sari was always willing to meet any request that we had while we stayed here at Batu Tangga.

Of all the things we love about this property, the one disappointing area is the food service. At breakfast I ordered an omelet and it was overcooked to the point where it was inedible. The variety of food selection also were not up to par with the quality of the property. It seemed that all of the cooking and service staff in the restaurant area were in training.

The staff are a real asset. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the hotel had a great relaxed vibe. The breakfast was excellent. Gardens were well maintained. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. We thought the food at the beachside restaurant was poor.

The atmosphere throughout the resort is wonderful—relaxed, warm, and full of positive energy. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a memorable vacation. A special mention goes to the singer who performs in the restaurant several times a week. I honestly haven’t heard a better singer in a very long time. Her voice is absolutely beautiful, and she creates such a fantastic atmosphere whenever she performs. Listening to her while enjoying dinner was one of the highlights of my stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my holiday so special. I highly recommend Bintang Bali Resort and would love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another excess to pool towels.too far to walk.and your steps going up. 2 ladies had a fall. In one day. Nothing was done. Not good, maybe a buggy, from the main gate,to entrance. Too far to walk

The rooms/cleanliness and age of the property needs some attention, black mould in the shower. Obivously an older style resort but overall fine.

The breakfast, room and location were the best in Kuta by a long shot. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant and other food were priced well. The swimming pool entertainment and service was great

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bintang Bali Resort. The location was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the gardens, pools and facilities created a relaxing Balinese atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to assist, making us feel valued throughout our stay. There was very little to dislike during our stay. Any minor requests were handled promptly and professionally by the team. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience.
