الفندق في كوته , مقابل الشطئ قريب من المول في منطقة حيوية كل شيئ قريب منه الافطار جيد التعامل والاستقبال ممتاز نظيف جدا يصلح للعوائل معظم الغرف عندهم كونكتد اعطوني غرفة ملاصقة لغرفة كونكتد ، عزل الصوت سيئ كل شيئ ينسمع في الغرفة الملاصقة

Nice size room, clean, big size bed, has a front porch you can hang around. The shower! Hot water doesn’t seem to come out. Had to call twice. Had to wait at least 5 minutes before hot water start flowing.

The restaurant was really good. The grounds and area were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very helpful.

The friendly and helpful staff, the locale to the beach and local shopping, the well kept grounds and surroundings and the wonderful bar and pool service and especially the restaurant/breakfast food. That we were only there for 3 days.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Low quality soundproof. It felt like head got punched in the morning with lots of noise.

NOTHING WENT WELL, I SHOWED IMAGES OF MY BOOKING AND THEY SAID IT MUST BE PAPER COPY OR SHOW THE EMAIL, IT WAS 2.30 IN THE MORNING AND DID NOT HAVE ACCESS ON MY PHONE. FIND OUT WHO STUFFED THE BOOKING UP AND SEND A REFUND

Location, cleanliness and bed comfort. Breakfast can get boring after 2 days.

A nice oasis in the middle of the bustle. You're in a more touristic area but the resort feels very calming. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was so kind. Food was tasty, and good quality especially for buffet food.

The spa was lovely and the restaurant was good as well! The layout of the rooms and premises was lovely. I wanted to follow up regarding our stay and the issues we experienced with the room. The shower water in our room did not have proper pressure and would not get hot. We raised this concern and asked if someone could come fix it. While we appreciated the offer of a complimentary dinner, the water issue was not resolved during our stay. Additionally, the towels appeared dirty when we first entered the room, which was disappointing and made the room feel less clean than expected. Overall, the lack of hot water, poor water pressure, and cleanliness concerns significantly impacted our experience. We would appreciate your review of this matter and would like to know what can be done to address it.

The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Plus, it was so relaxing walking around the property with the smell of plumeria in the air. The staff around the entire resort was top notch! They were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bali. Hardly anything. I very much appreciate the shuttle to the airport. However, you may receive more business if you offer a shuttle to and from the Benoa Bali port where the cruise ships dock.
