Staff did what they could to help and were so polite but unfortunately the owners have more control over what they have available with regards to the property itself. Each villa has a different owner, so all are designed and decorated differently. Breakfasts were great but that doesn’t fulfil the whole experience. The photos of the property need to be better reflected in the options when selecting a room. If you book a one bedroom with or without a pool, it is likely to be a 2 or 3 bedroom with only one room unlocked for use. Being a solo traveller, it made me feel very isolated from the rest of the property and the bedrooms were upstairs. Doesn’t meet the description. The showers only have one height option and spray directly at the wall. Not adjustable. Air con isn’t throughout, only in the main area and bedroom, so the staircase and upstairs lobby were always hot. The properties don’t have full length mirrors and some of the interiors were damaged (curtain rails and swollen doors). The door code doesn’t create much safety. It is simply the room number followed by a sequence of common guessable numbers, other residents rooms have the same format so easily accessible by others in the complex. There was a rubbish dump nearby so the smell in the area was quite bad on the Sunday. Be very specific about the room you want before booking and ask for more photos/ammenities.

The staffs tried to help with the issues Firstly I didn’t get the villa as the pics in booking.com that I booked. Poorly designed villas. Air conditioning not enough for the bedrooms it was hot. Rooms floods from under doors when it rains. Bad smelly rooms. Also has a big dumping site nearby. Doors to swimming doesn’t lock so not safe if traveling with kids. Expensive airport transfer double the time than self booked taxis. They can’t give you another villa if you don’t get the one you booked for as the villas are separately owned. The manager wasn’t very helpful.

The food so fresh and nice compliments to the chef, I loved unit 1 suite Our electricity gave us problems then we were moved to unit2 which was ugly unit no aircon in the lounge, I wish the property can use unit on furniture as their standard units

The staff were friendly, they did their best as they were very short staffed due to the owner putting off most of the workers. The beds were comfortable pool was okay to swim in. This property was really dirty and filthy , and didn't at all look like the pictures, when people stay in a villa that are semi self contained you expect there to be enough cups, plates, cutlery ect supplied and that are clean. The roof and lights leaked when it rained, which was every night due to us visiting in the wet season. We were told to put towel down ..and the aircon upstairs doesn't work. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and I feel sorry for the staff as they were lovely and trying their best.

Staffs are very nice. Thank you for trying ur best to accomodate us. Master bedroom aircond doesn't feel at all! After few complaints, they provide us a stand fan. Means im paying for a room with fan, not aircond. Very dissapointed. Toilet sharing for a group of family with small kids, really not friendly type as for another family always need to go up and downstairs for a toilet? The management have to improve a lot on this. But the aircond really a major redflag. Even the living room+dining area has no aircond, but its fine when the living area has a ceiling fan. However its turn bad when dining space dont even have fan, please atleast put a stand fan when u dont even have aircond on the living area.

For us we wanted quiet and it was very quiet. The staff are helpful. But we were disappointed after the photos. We stayed in house 2 which didn’t look like any of the photos at all, we knew we weren’t getting a pool but the outside space wasn’t worth having. There is only aircon in the bedroom which makes the rest of the space a bit unusable, also the aircon in the main bedroom was very noisy, they did give us an option of another room to sleep in though. Breakfast was nice but one morning our pastry’s were delivered full of ants and the property also had ants. Overall we were really unimpressed with how different from the photos it felt.

The location was just perfect. Near to everything yet not noisy. Staff were very nice. They went out of their way and made a bouquet for me for my birthday and got me a little cake too. Breakfast was very nice too. They didn’t have air conditioner anywhere in the entire villa except the bedroom. We couldn’t open any windows because of mosquitoes and bugs, so the entire villa felt like an oven. And even the one air conditioner they had in the bedroom didn’t seem to work properly in our first night which was later fixed by the staff.

Hidden away over the other side of sunset jlan highway, you will need a bike* or taxi to get to main streets (approx 10 min ride) cannot walk there easily. BUT the townhouse villas themselves I could not fault! Extremely clean, beautiful, try and book the POOL VILLA! The aircon is the bedroom worked but because high up not so cold, but managed! Downstairs had a big fan on full speed that was okay! Daily Breakfast brought to your room; excellent! Cleaned + laundry everyday, if you get them on whattsapp they tend to all your needs :) excellent communication! Technically there should be 2 aircons, but it wasn’t bad

The overall feel of the villa was nice, and the location was great. But our villa did not include air conditioning which was very in comfortable.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Our 3 bed villa with a private pool was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect if you are after a quiet place. Breakfast was always good too. Feedback would be to have another couch/ chairs in the lounge for families.

the staff were trying to be solving any issues we had quite a lot of inconvenience happened, we moved villas three times in two days , one time the first villa we were given had no air-conditioning in the living room and was extremely hot and full of mosquitos , it even had a lizard inside. then we got upgraded to a better villa which after a day had power/ electricity issues , so we moved again to a third Vila , we needed at night to pack while we had no electricity.

The staff were all lovely and I was greeted with a warm welcome. I was shown to my room and given the code to get in. The place was clean and lovely. Lots of space to relax in. The breakfast was amazing. Nothing
