Someone stole our pearl jewelery and put weights in the cases, while holding our bags at the re reception. We know it was where it happened since we opened the cases on our grab trip to the airport. We also checked the cases just before leaving at reception

The location is great if you are needing a pleasant place to stay before an early morning flight out the next day or are getting in late at night and don't want to travel far before getting into bed. The staff is very friendly and happily changed my room when the first room was very loud (every time the guests upstairs used their water a very loud squeaking noise would start in my room below). The rooms were a bit smelly, and there were air fresheners hanging around (from the TV, under the bed, in the bathroom, etc.). The AC had black mold on the inside of the vent when I turned it on and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. The rooms also have NO WINDOWS! So you are enclosed in a smelly box the whole time you are in your room. There is no restaurant or anywhere to get food, and it is located on an incredibly busy street (it actually took me 10 minutes to cross the road to go to the convenience store and get a snack). The price is the same as Grandma's Airport Hotel which is also across the street, but Grandma's has a restaurant, a spa, a lovely outdoor courtyard with a pool, and all the rooms are clean and have windows.

I stayed in OKI hotel for around one week with my wife. Actually we enjoyed a lot. The hotel is very quiet. Staff are very nice and friendly. If I go to Bali again of course I would love to stay in this hotel again. Nothing

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in and out of Bali’s airport! I’ve stayed 3 times already, and will probably stay again before I leave – clean property, comfortable beds, and great staff :)

The stay was great we checked in late and the people was nice at the reception waiting for our arrival. The room was very tight and has no windows which makes it very uncomfortable and short breathing with lack of oxygen The breakfast was average and not as per expectations

The staff were beyond friendly! Great, easily accessible close to the airport. Quick check-in/out. All basic amenities provided. The room was damp and had a strong stench of mold. So strong that it shocked me when I walked through the bedroom door. I quickly noticed a plug-in air purifier on the floor, and I promptly set it to turbo mode. So the staff are aware of the mold and the smell. I had a hard time sleeping because of it. Other than that, everything was fine.

Suggestion: they need to work on bathroom layout as it's a little convenient to use. For example the mirror in the washroom is very small and places at a very high level which makes it difficult to even look at it. Making it useless. The shower is placed between the washbasin and the toilet seat making no sense. If they work on the layout they can make it work.

The staff is wonderful. The price is excellent. The interior was beautiful, clean bed, good linens, very beautiful. The sewer smell was everywhere, so strong it burned my eyes, nose, gave me horrible headache. We had 2 rooms, it was in both rooms. We covered the drains, had no windows to open, I was dying. Finally at 2:30am, I called front desk and they moved me to the 3rd floor different room. At first it was ok, by 3am, I had to open my hotel room door, and slept with my door open. I felt unsafe and totally sick. Had headache for a full day. I loved this place, but the not having clean air was horrible. Also, brand new beds, but rock hard.

No hot water in room in the PM. No staff to fix it.....Cold shower. Had to use another room to shower with hot water in the AM .

Young man at the front desk and young ladies serving breakfast were very nice. Nicely decorated hotel. All was as listed.
