The hotel was empty of tourists at that time; which was great for us. We had a fabulous time at the rooftop pool that night. Staff were so friendly & accommodating. Great overnighter. Returning again with late evening arrival being accepted at their 24 hours service desk ? Restaurant being open would have saved us going walk about to find a meal that wasn't too spicy. But no real complaints from Us. Hopefully open when we stay next time.

Good location for the airport Very dirty, poor conditions, people smoking and spitting in the swimming pool. Booked last minute but would never go back.

Great location, staff super helpful and very cheap Restaurant was out of service, wifi didn’t work so had to ask to move rooms, lots of beetle like bugs in the room.

The shower had good pressure with hot water, the pool on the roof was nice and relaxing for a swim. Had arranged hotel Airport pickup and drop off and the hotel failed on both parts. In the end I had to make my own way to the hotel and then later to the airport. Room was musty, dirty walls and mouldy bathroom. No restaurant but was advertised as having one on booking.com . Plenty of food in the area so I was more than happy to spend my money elsewhere

This Place is Terrible, Check in delayed, Room well below rating, offered happy ending on check in, would not even rate this place, We checked in and went to room and checked out again, Management just the kept our money and offered no compensation or change, Breakfast not available as booked , Bistro closed down, nothing offered. Do not stay here, Proceed at your own risk, you have been advised. well below standard, not as advertised. DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel is old but they have managed to maintain it as best they can through this peril of a time. We requested a change of a musky/ smokey room which was done very obligingly. Any requests for additional toiletries, beverage supplies & swim towels were delivered promptly. The top level pool is absolutely fabulous ! Even though they had few staff members they are managing to keep guests happy. Happy people ? these Balinese ? Water on the tiled elevator was cleaned promptly on request. The pool toilets were replenished & cleaned on request. Due to a shortage of staff these areas are going to fall short of being cleaned regularly but someone was sent to rectify the situation.
