The location is great in the heart of Kuta but situated in a side street so it’s very calm at night

The perfect option for a one-night stay. Kudos for comfortable pillows. No mirror

The view from my room (2nd floor) was lovely. The rooms are very basic, but spacious and clean. Each room has chairs to sit on the balcony. Staff is friendly. Pool didn't look very inviting for swimming. Might be due to rainy season and loads of rain. Pity, that the surroundings (e.g. veranda on 2nd floor) are not very well taken care of. Would be lovely corners to hang out.

I’m not sure why but I had my eczema flare up while staying here and unfortunately had to leave a few days early.

Good location Nice pool Nice breakfast Cheap scooter rental Room was grubby Bedding had clearly been left out to dry in the rain and felt damp. We asked for new bedding and this was the same. Could have folded it into a right angle and it would have stayed upright. Cold shower

The staff is very nice. They rent scooters and they were very helpful to give all type of informations. They organised me the transport to the airport. It is very central. It could be a little bit cleaner (was not extremely dirty but under the bed they can clean a little bit more)

Big room with a big bed. Quiet A/C. Good pressure in the shower Bathroom was old and full of calcite. The door was difficulty moving, we thought it would break. No soap. Almost no toilet paper, we asked them and they brought it to us. Under the bed it was very dirty. The mosque prayers was super loud and even with earplugs I got woken up (when in other parts of Bali/Lombok I didn’t). Then very bright room very early in the morning so difficult to sleep. The common areas were messy and dirty (full of trash/bird shit…). We chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool and it was not usable: the guy told us they were treating it with chlorine (it had green water). Staff not very available and insisted multiples times every time we would see them to know if we would extend. Breakfast was correct/ok

The staff at this homestay were very nice, friendly and helpful. The facilities in our budget room, room 103, were perfectly adequate for the price. The property was ideally located, just a short walk to the busier streets of Kuta. Unfortunately we found bedbugs in our sheets on the second night. Staff changed the sheets but apologised and said they could not offer us another room as they were fully booked. We still found bedbugs in the room after the sheets had been changed so we had no option other than to find alternative accommodation. We asked if we could get a refund for that night but were simply told “sorry”. I regret having to leave a negative review and I understand that these things happen. Bugs are part of backpacking but we could not knowingly sleep in a bedroom with bedbugs. Again, the staff were very friendly and the homestay was otherwise nice but I wouldn’t want any other travellers to have the same unpleasant experience.

The staff is great, very friendly people, available for very good recommendations, you feel almost like family there. Marco made sure we had a very good guide at Sade village (in like 5 mins) and he was indeed the best guide we could have. We stayed for 5 nights and rented a scooter from them. The price was very good for both the room and the scooter. Breakfast was good, I recommend banana pancakes. The rooms are good too, comfy beds, hot shower and a drying rack for each room. Water, coffee and tea are available all the time which is very handy (good Lombok coffee). The building is just in the centre of Kuta so you can just walk everywhere in the town. The pool is also very good, nobody uses it, but is is clean and very deep, with a nice view to the sunset. We loved being in here, I hope to come back soon Nothing
