Attention to detail, services offered were great, the team was wonderful. Special thanks to Agus for always being available and helping us book activities and transportation. Everything was always very tidy and clean. I love the plants everywhere and the attempts made to be more sustainable. Also love that they support locals and cooperate with them. They are also open for feedback during your stay. So if you have enything that isn't up to your standards, you can tell them anytime and they will try their best to correct whatever didn't suit you. The price is very fair for what you get!!!

Superb place to stay - best staff in Lombok - so accomodating. Rooms and pool are incredible. I was surfing early and they made me overnight oats to take with me. Always smiling and making me feel welcome. 10/10.

central location. lots of restaurants close to the hotel. easy walking distance to the beach. the staff were friendly and Enza who made our breakfast daily was delightful. the central location also has a down side with location being right on the main road, However when you are in your room we didn't notice it. Rooms are very basic but functional. Tthe beds are a little firm for our liking.

Really welcoming and helpful staff, so much thought went into each room and the decor. Nice hot showers. Great breakfast. Really nice stay for two nights. Nothing bad to say.

The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. Any nighttime noise mentioned in other reviews was not noticed at all. I found the staff to be very kind and accommodating, they were always willing to help when I had a last minute change of plans.

Truly loved my stay at Naia. Such lovely people, who really put the effort into making it feel like home. The manager Agus arranged the activities like a cooking class and day tour, which were amazing! Also the vibe at this hotel is so nice, loved how clean and aesthetic everything was.

It wasn’t only accomodation, it was an experience. All the staff members personally connected with me. They were helping and thinking along to make sure I am having the best time in Kuta. The breakfasts were delicious. The location perfect. They helped me to get on a scooter and I loved it so much. All the little details, very cute! Hard-working and caring people ❤️

The staff feel like family and really make the guests feel like part of the family. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND to create the most wonderful experience. Anything you need help with they will jump to, the room is beautiful and clean every day, and honestly all the staff are just such lovely people it’s fun to just hang out and play Jenga in the beautiful front area. I think it’s one of the best vibes of any boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is so beautiful. The owner is a lovely woman who has clearly put so much heart and soul into designing a little oasis. The greenery, thoughtful room space, beautiful and inviting common areas, and really cozy upstairs breakfast area are all wonderful. This little spot feels truly like a home away from home. No complaints! Really one of my best stays ever. Cant recommend enough.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Kuta. Great space to relax and unwind. The rooms are really comfortable. The staff elevate this hotel from a 10/10 to THE BEST IN KUTA - they are the friendliest, kindest and most welcoming crew. We had so many laughs playing games with Hendri and Adi and had delicious breakfasts prepared by Sugi, Isa and Agus. I doubt you’ll find a more welcoming group of people anywhere in Kuta!

Amazing staff! Always very nice with our group. The location is excellent, right in the main road. Good breakfast and many options to choose from. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast area is very nice and it has some sofas and a TV. We also loved the place's architecture. My room had damaged sliding doors which did not close all the way (there was always some space between the doors and the walls), so the prayers from the mosque, which is right next to the property, were terrible at 4:30h and woke us up every night, despite us using ear plugs. This is truly the only downside, but affects those who do not sleep like a rock. This is something the hotel cannot control, but they could try to isolate better the walls and doors, as that would surely help.
