Hot water for 5 mins Mold in cabin, pillow moldy, blanket moldy. Road noise, monkey noise, couldn’t connect to WiFi in room, door broken wouldn’t lock. Over priced for what it is.

It is out of the city center, but only a few minutes drive by scooter. The location is great, because there is not any heavy and noisy traffic in the neighbourhood. The facilities around the pool is under construction and there is trash around the pool among the bush. The breakfast is pretty basic. I would have a paid a little bit more for a better breakfast.

I am super happy with my stay. It is not too expensive but the service is so good. Room geta cleaned everyday and fresh towels given. The staff is super friendly. So far I stayed in 3 places in kuta, others more exoensive and this is my favorite one. Highly recommend.

Room was ok with outside bathroom. Bathroom is outdated, but works for the 2 star hotel. We ended up leaving something behind after checking out- they have contacted us via WA to let us know. Needs more cleaning in the bathroom area.

Loved it there! The location is great and it’s perfect to escape the crowds in kuta. You can rent a scooter from the guys. Everyone was very friendly

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and responded to all our requests with great professionalism, making our stay very pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable and well-furnished, especially considering the very competitive price. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but it was resolved immediately by the staff, who were quick and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price!!!

Great location, quiet, clean. The pool is nice. The food was good. I belive I smelled a hint of mold in the room. Everything else was just fine.

Good location outside of Kuta, you'll need a motorcycle. Evidence of bats and geckos

Location was close to Kuta but quiet and out of the town a little. You would need a scooter to get around so bare that in mind. The beds were comfortable and the huts were really aesthetic. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Not much noise isolation between each hut, and one evening we could hear some machinery works behind our hut.

A beautiful house with a terrace in the sun a staff who will help you as if you were family. Not too noisy near the centre 5min by scooter

This resort is in a peaceful and quiet place, and the personal is very kind. We spent a really great stay here, we also like the menu for dinner. Rooms are clean, the bathroom is great (good water pressure in the shower and clean) and the garden is beautiful The bat cave in the resort is incredible to see, and not disturbing at all (no noise and no smell) Few bugs going around in the garden but less than usually in Indonesia So we can only recommend it aha !

Well……I booked this budget accommodation mainly due to reviews about the bats. The beds were comfy. The shower was good. It was interesting to see the bats. The staff mostly didn’t seem interested in providing a service (except for Steven). I was concerned about hygiene in the kitchen, and we only had one very ordinary dinner, and one breakfast there, and ate outside the resort after that. Be warned, the bats mean the whole resort smells very bad - in fact you can smell them from the public road. The resort is someway from Kuta town - you will need to hire a moto. The bathroom needed a very good scrub. We left three days early.

Had a great stay at the bat cave, the staff provided awesome service, such us helping us out with our own scooters and informing us about the best spots in the area. Would definitely come back, the rooms and bathrooms are nice and comfortable, air condition is the best ive had travelling, a massive pool and quality wifi. Great stay

Exceptional

Gorgeous cabins in nature for nature lovers. You get to see the millions of bats leaving the caves everyday around 6ish and then if u are up for sunrise again coming home. Its one of the most amazing things ive seen. There are also monkeys that come and visit the garden at sunrise and just before sunset. Loads of bird life too. Welcome drink. Gorgeous bedding, a proper duvet, comfy bed and pillows. Air con works perfectly. There is a bath in the suites if are craving a bath but the pressure is low so it takes a long long time to fill but because its hot weather the water stays hot. The view from the cabins is awesome. Its near the sunset viewing area. Loved it here, extended my stay. Its on the way to some awesome beaches, inc surf beaches. Breakfast good. Eggs in whatever way u want, fruit smoothie and lombok coffee or nescafe. No espresso. Water pressure really low. Pool was practicly unusable unless u are happy swimming in bat wee and poo. I wasnt. Geckos live in the roof so u find small droppings on the bed some days. You have to be cool with nature and accepting of this. I asked for an extra sheet on top of the bedding to catch the poop. The are smells quite strongly of bat poo and wee as there are so many of them it emits from the caves. So if u are sensitive to smell or not ok with nature its not your place. I didnt mind, it was worth it for the experience for me. Its 10 min scooter ride from the main town so if u like a drink in the evening better not to drink and drive. Not all staff speak english so can get glitchy but not a massive problem as they tried their hardest to privide great service.
