الموقع ممتاز والموظفون كانوا لطيفين الكثير من البعوض داخل الغرفة اللحاف لا يتناسب مع برودة المكيف خفيف جدا الإنارة في الغرفة جدا ضعيفة الحمام يفتقر للنظافة ولا توجد شطافة إزعاج البارات المجاورة إلى مابعد منتصف الليل الإفطار محدود جدا فقط بيض وسندوتش وكوب كافي ولا توجد فواكه ولا سلطات

Location is perfect, close to everything I needed. Was really OK. I could park my car in front, which was also good. Staff was very helpful. Hot water would be nice. The screaming rooster at 4am wasn't fun.

I can't say much since I only stayed 1 night, but for me it has everything I need and expect to have.

Never ate the breakfast. Location was convenient. I had cancelled a very dissapointing booking that was too far away from anything. I jumped into this one and after I booked non-refundable - I found several modern clean great places for much less. My fault. I panicked and jumped too soom.

We were on third floor and every night we had mice in our room. We rented the family suite and unfortunately the bathroom is down an open hallway so using the toilet late at night was a bit of a hassle. The surrounding bars/ restaurants are LOUD. Not recommended for families

Best value for the money. Staff were welcoming. They made it feel like family for us. Breakfast every morning was great for us. Easy to rent scooters directly from the property. Stayed longer than originally planned. Look forward to visiting Lombok again.

The staff were so kind. Susi was a very helpful and responsive host. The family room was very spacious very spacious. It is comprised of 2 bedrooms each with a queen and twin and a breezeway between them and then a bathroom and seating area outside of the space. Cheap scooter rentals. Great scooters. Walking up steep stairs to the 3rd floor every time we forgot something.

Wi-fi worked well and I could work everyday without any problem. Susi was great for me during my stay making me feel at home. Always asked for cleaning my room. Good swim pool to relax. Very good location in Kuta Lombok. The bathroom needs some maintenance.
