Our stay went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were well maintained and worked as expected. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful without being over the top, which we really appreciated. Even though we only stayed for one night, we left feeling that we had made the right choice and would gladly stay here again when visiting Lombok

Mattress was comfortable Pictures didn't match the resort, most rooms were being renovated and there were two rooms looking over the pool we asked why we couldn't stay there but got a poor excuse ended up long way from pool upstairs and we have 2 young daughters and a baby was not happy as we payed around 600,000 per night per room x 2 rooms then they put a sign out on the street offering rooms for 254,000 per night including breakfast ?

I stayed at Melati Resort & Hotel Kuta for one night, and overall, it was a decent place to rest. The staff were amazing – very friendly and welcoming, which really stood out to me. The room, however, was quite basic and a bit humid, likely due to the warm weather in Lombok. While it served its purpose for a short stay, I think the hotel could benefit from a bit of refreshment or updating, especially since it's located on Jalan Kuta, a popular area. It wasn’t a luxurious experience, but for a simple stopover, it was okay. finding mold on my pillow

Nothing. We booked for 3 nights, but we left after the first night. To their credit, Melati (they) refunded us two of of the three nights. Thus, I will keep this short. Before leaving, we got offered four different rooms at Melati, and we saw them all. Melati resort is deteriorated to the point it should not be rented out anymore. Leaks and mold everywhere, a disguasting terrible smell, and the shower is the worst we have seen so far in Indonesia. Absolutely avoid Melati Resort. We will never stay here again.
