Sima Hotel Kuta Lombok

Everything was amazing! Every corner was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the interior had a calm and relaxing vibe, the bathroom was beautiful, and the view from our room overlooking the hills was absolutely stunning. The swimming pool was fantastic too. Oh, and the breakfast was excellent!

Firstly it was clean, the place was situated in a great position in town, staff super accommodating and the breakfast delicious and fresh definitely coming back The air-con was too small for the room to cool fast, though i travel light and had my personal belongings on me so i left the ac running the whole time key in the slot i never locked my room once

Great location. Excellent and varied breakfasts. Clean rooms with good air-con. Wobbly toilet, fairly common in Indonesia. Sewerage smell at times in bathroom.

Location is great, smack bang in the center of Kuta Lombok. Called the reception asking for an iron and iron board and the reception told me that they don't provide iron for my room type and I have to send to the laundry room and be charged for the pressing service. I am not aware of this condition, if not, I would have brought my own mini iron or booked a different hotel. In the guide book, it clearly stated that iron is subject to availability and we have to ask from the reception. No mention on being charged on just wanting to use an iron and forced to use their laundry pressing service. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and this is the first time I have encountered this. There are 4 people in our group, imagine having to send all your clothes for pressing service and not allowed access to an iron. Also do not leave your clothes inside their laundry bag as it will send to the laundry and you will be charged for it too. I didn't know until someone called to say they wanted to send my laundry to my room. I was like huh? There is no price list / form to fill in for you to actually request for your laundry. I also had bad experience at the spa. Was left unattended for 15 minutes after my massage started, when the masseuse went to entertain guests at the reception area. It was so noisy and no one came to attend to me until I yelled out " hello, I have waited more than 10 minutes here". They are also having renovations at their reception area. Also the lift doesn't work, I have a senior citizen in our group. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our rooms. Avoid at all cost. No integrity, didn't communicate what's important / chargeable at times of booking.

It’s right in the middle of Kuta but once we were in our room by the back of the property, it was serene and relaxing. The staff are so kind and helpful. The breakfast choices could be a bit better but were overall tasty. The omelette station was great.

The food in their restaurant was good. Location in Kuta is central to everything. It offers comfortable bedding and a clean room. In the room, the amenities were a let-down. Our shower head was broken and hot water only lasted a couple of minutes. The kettle was broken so we couldn't use it at all.

Clean rooms, feels like resort, right on Main Street, 10 min walk from kuta beach, nice balcony, breakfast was very good Staff could be a bit slow at times

The hotel had 2 pools, the staff were friendly and helpful, I was able to store my bags before checking in. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and opened early, the location was convenient to the beach and restaurants, and the AC worked well in the room

Staff was very nice and helpful at all time. Location is perfect, just in the heart of vibrant Kuta but quiet, you don't even hear the Muslims prayers. I booked this hotel as it looked luxurious which is not a case at all. My room was in a building without an elevator but staff helped me to carry my heavy suitcase. Pressure of a tap water was very low, not comfortable to take a shower and wash long hair. I also had a big bug in the shower. There was a power outrage one evening.

Breakfast was very nice! Staff was so friendly! Excellent location and very quiet at night to sleep! Didn’t have enough towels in bathroom after cleaning but we had shower towels so that was sufficient.

Multiple times staying here. Super friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice choice of breakfast options. Two pools. Close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Private transport available. Scooter hire to explore the amazing beaches and locations is recommended.
