Martas Windows

I felt very good at Martas place, even extended the stay. The bungalows were very quiet at night, what i like. 5min walking from the center. They got me a scooter for a good price and the staff was super nice! Terima kasih:)

Beautiful room. Clean, comfortable, great staff super helpful and just warm, kind people who make you feel at home In the bungalows it was very noisy at night. A lot of sound comes through the room which isn’t the properties fault and they provide ear plugs but I would stay further from the Main Street or in one of the other rooms with solid ceilings to decrease noise at night

Large room with lots of hanging space for clothes and a big bench to put stuff on. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Aircon worked well. The bathroom also large with good shower pressure. Loved the balcony off the bedroom with a pretty view overlooking palm and banans trees There is a downstairs open private sitting area with a couch, table and chairs. Great hang spot looking at the pool. Pool is clean and big enough. The owner Marta greeted us everyday and was so helpful and friendly with any questions we had. Nothing

Great location, very nice and helpful host and staff! Perfect location for doing daily beach tours and staying in the evening around most necessary facilities.

Perfectly located in the best area of Kuta Lombok, everything worth visiting is just a short walk away. The bungalows are extremely comfortable, and being on the second floor gives a great sense of privacy with cute views. Having a private patio downstairs is super convenient—easy access to the pool, a place to chill in the shade with a fan, or just relax anytime. Breakfasts were generous, tasty, and varied. Marta, the owner, truly makes this place special—she doesn’t feel like a manager, but like an old friend who’s been living here forever. She somehow anticipated every need before we even realized it. The staff were always smiling, the service was on point, everything was clean and quiet, and hot water (a rare luxury in Kuta) was amazing—nothing beats a boiling shower after a long day. Our soap dispenser didn’t work, but it was replaced the minute we mentioned it. You hear the mosques in the morning, but it’s universal around all properties around Kuta Lombok.

The location of the property was excellent for walking the Main Street in Kuta and the staff was always available to help and very kind. The room was comfortable with ac and hot shower. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice benefit for the price. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a little dark walking back at night but that isn’t the fault of the property. A phone flashlight will do. It felt very safe.

We loved our stay at Marta’s Windows. Everything was excellent. Marta have us great advice on nearby beaches, restaurants and excursions.

So happy we found this absolute gem on Lombok! Super special, comfortable, clean and enchanting! Marta, the owner was the most gracious host! She helped book our transfer and ferries to Nusa Penida while also telling us the best surf spots and spas! We went to the spa called Matcha and had the most incredible massage, body scrub and facial experience ever! And for the most incredible price! The balcony and view at Marta’s Windows was magical, and we had our own private patio by the pool to enjoy the most delicious breakfast with the sweetest staff!

Kuta Lombok has the vibe of Bali's Canggu ten years ago, an up-and-coming international nomad destination that isn't yet overdeveloped. These accommodations are centrally located close to the main street, near the best cafes and restaurants, a short walk to where it's quiet. Considering the price, the room was a bit rustic and the toilet needed maintenance. But the host is an experienced expat with a good grasp of hospitality and very kind.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and a very spacious and comfortable room. I was ill when i arrived, and Marta helped me with medication and advice as well as checking in on me. Breakfast was also generous and tasty. Overall great stay

Close to the Main Street of Kuta Lombok Shower drainage was not good, facilities and grounds had a tired appearance and in need of refreshing. The pool was not operational at the time of our stay (but we were advised of about this). Staff are around all day and doesn’t feel very private.

Great value for money. Super chill and laid back Prayer calls are heard pretty loudly but it’s Lombok so nothing we can do. they provide ear plugs for all guests which is a nice touch. Had nice bamboo slippers which my partner loved. Marta was very hospitable and warm. Fridge was leaking on the floor. Still upgrading a lot of fixtures and amenities that are a bit dated, but Marta and team are very transparent about this and the pool renovation

Yes, the pool’s being fixed, but omg what an amazing hotel! Rooms are exceptional, beautifully styled and every detail thought of and covered! A giant bed, mountain of fluffy pillows, stocked fridge, beautiful bathroom, stocked fridge and (yaaay) wonderful aircon! Every room has a private patio, where breakfast can be served and there’s a surf rack ? Highly recommend and thanks Marta for all the holiday tips and tricks!

The place is nice. The bungalow was big and spacious with upstairs balcony and downstairs private terrace which was really nice. There was a fridge with drinks so if you came late, you can still have your beer or soda. There was a bit of musty smell in the room or the smell came from the AC.. Breakfast was tasty, there were free drinking water and staff were really friendly as was the owner. We booked private car for a good price from there to Bangsal port where you can easily catch a boat to Gili islands. When the pool is open again, it will be nice and calm place to have a holiday.
