The concept and execution of this resort's design puts big chains to shame. Just fantastic. This part of Lombok is developing fast and neighboring construction noise can be a problem. No problems here. Similarly equidistant from the noise of the mosque and racetrack. Nothing

This was my second visit to Jivana Resort within just six months, and I’m already planning another stay in the next six. Jivana truly offers everything needed for a perfect, relaxing holiday. The resort’s layout is stunning, surrounded by lush tropical gardens filled with animals, birds, and fish, creating a peaceful and unique atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making every guest feel welcome and well cared for. What I love most is the balance Jivana achieves — it provides privacy and tranquility while still giving you the feeling of being part of a warm and welcoming “Jivana family.” I absolutely loved the swimming pool, and the pool service was fantastic — one of my favorite parts of the stay. A special thank you to the manager Mr. Lalu Wiratmaji for making my stay so memorable — your attention and care did not go unnoticed. My friends are already planning their holiday at Jivana Resort after hearing about my experience — and I can’t wait to be back again!

Beautiful place, excellent staff and the room/hotel super clean. Breakfast is not a buffet, but à la cart with many options. The bathroom has a slippery floor.

Loved the tropical, relaxed oasis close to the crazy Kuta Lombok central hub. I didn’t like how the pool was murky.

Breakfast was amazing - lots of variety and always delicious. Staff at resort were extremely helpful and friendly - assisting with every query or question.

The property was beautiful with fish ponds, turtles, chickens, frogs, plants, a fantastic pool. Food was wonderful and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can easily book a driver or a tour, or do yoga. They went all out for a romantic dinner for us. Absolutely lovely. Because the bathroom is outdoors, which is amazing, the mosquito spray each evening began to bother my allergies. I understand it’s needed, but it did bother my asthma a bit near the end of our stay.

The garden with the turtles and the big pool was fantastic, there is also a yoga program and mediation classes. The breakfast was wonderful, it's very close to the main road from Kuta but in the resort it's quiet. the pool water was very heavily chlorinated, all swimwear turned yellow from the water.

A little oasis, so relaxing, great for families (we were with our 3yo), great restaurant, excellent value for money. Book it! We had a slight issue with the shower drain not working properly but staff were quick to respond and do extra cleaning as necessary

We loved that there are turtles and animals around the garden. Relaxing ambience with the opportunity to have a yoga class or a massage right out of your room door. Nice staff helpful and attentive with good English. Amazing cappuccino! The slide doors don’t close perfectly then you have mosquito and bugs in the room however they provide the necessary to protect yourself. The only place where you can hang your clothes is in the bathroom that is open/outdoor style. The shower needed a bit of maintenance but it was overall pleasant and good!

Incredible facilities! Very luxurious with turtles and birds freely roaming. Staff was over the top friendly and gracious. No hair conditioner.
