The breakfast was very tasty and included a variety off western and Indonesian options. also had coffee, tea, juice and fresh fruit in the morning. All of the staff was very nice, the receptionist Emy and the restaurant staff. Our stay was perfect we even extended. Honestly nothing that the stay could have changed. The street is kind of busy as its near the main streets but you cant hear it from the rooms nor can you hear the hostels from your room which is great considering the proximity.

Staff was so lovely and accommodating! Really good location as well. The room we originally got put in was damp and dirty and smelled of mold. The room really didn’t seem to have been cleaned very thoroughly. The air conditioning was leaking and spraying water hence the dampness. And the bathroom was just very unclean and not well kept at all. However I informed the staff of these problems in the morning and they were very happy to help and let us switch rooms ?. The next room was a lot cleaner and the air conditioning worked however the bathroom was in the room covered by a bit of glass so the entire room smelled from the toilet and drain. Would recommend getting a bungalow if staying here

Breakfest was ok, but nothing special. The bedsheets were stained, we asked for them to be changed 3 times and they never did. The bathroom smelled like sweage. We had a cottage which was okay for the money, but the normal rooms which our friends had are definitely not worth jt.

The location was walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Very large room and friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty basic but good. Very nice pool area! The bathroom didn’t have any hand soap and had to ask for an extra hand towel and bath mat. The lights in the shower was burnt out and very limited hot water.

The room is quite run down especially the bathroom. Our mirror had so many rust/ wear and tear marks all over it. The bathtub had heaps of stains and marks on it, the shower head was quite old.. it was good they had a filter on it but it looked like it needed to be replaced. All in all the bathroom could use an upgrade. Our tv didn't work properly, all the channels were very staticky but we didn't need to turn it on anyway so wasn't a big bother to us. The bed sheets/duvets also had a few stains on them.. nothing that was "gross" to not sleep with but it did feel a little dirty. The curtains in the room also had a bunch of stains on them.

It was clean and comfortable and room was enormous! Big shower either wonderful hot water and toiletries supplied. Lovely pool. Great location. Lacked personality.

It is very old, tv was broken, . Don't book the junior suite. There is no side tables or lamps. The outside balcony furniture is inside as it won't fit on the balcony that looks over a dusty road.

Wow what a great stay! Center of town but tucked away. The staff gave us a HUGE room with great AC and even decorated the bed for our anniversary. Always smiling at us and the pool was very refreshing. Breakfast was OK. It’s a buffet every other day and if you come close to the end of service expect for it to be very picked over.

Great spot if you hire a scooter and explore the beautiful, uncrowded nearby beaches (Nipah, Pandanan, and Malimbu). Verde Beach club is nearby for dinner and sunset. Nice pool, big breakfast spread.

JM Hotel was a in a great location, though it was in a cheaper part of town the Hotel was fantastic, restaurant and bar prices matched those in the immediate area and were great value. The pool was great and, generally, the facilities were adequate. The staff were very friendly and took the time to call us by name. The WiFi was patchy, we found that we could only connect from the dining area, also the internet was via a corporate portal, which we found tiresome. The TV seemed to be operating on analog channels only and was fuzzy and full of noise.

Beautiful spacious rooms. Very clean. Excellent location Close to restaurants and bars. Indonesian breakfast so little alternative. Eggs or omelette would be a welcome.e alternative
