Breakfast is absolutely amazing, great details like using olive oil and metal straws for the drinks ? Staff is always helpful and greets you single time you come or leave with a genuine smile. There's a big difference between the regular room and the premium one. The premium is really better value

Upgraded us upon arrival, an unexpected surprise that was very appreciated! Room was stunning, very large and spacious, perfect bathroom. Pool was so needed in the heat. Friendliest staff ever, very welcoming. Restaurant on site although it was a little expensive. Great location walking distance to everything but can’t also rent a bike. Nothing it was perfect.

Exccelent. The he breakfast could be bigger but overall is good food. The sushi at the restaurant is amazing. The girls at the reception are amazing and the supervisor is such a good and helpful man.

Beautiful decorated rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice outside area and very well located! We had a nice time here. The kitchen was not working but we could have breakfast included in the next hotel .The staff was nice and helpful There was no wifi and we couldn’t pay with credit card the stay. We had to make a transfer for the manager account as we didn’t know we can only pay with cash.

We liked the swimming pool, the location, the green garden, the interior of the room, staff were very accommodating. They should have more sun beds, the bathroom was a bit disappointing, the room’s floor and surfaces did not feel super clean. They never informed us of the renovation of the room we initially booked. In their opinion they gave us a similar one but it was not really. Breakfast was tasty but very very little so we always had to get more somewhere else.

There was a fence up to stop access to property that you had to climb over due to a land dispute with land owner and motel owner. And a bad mosquito problem that was clearly not getting sprayed for

We couldn’t sleep there because there was a big fence with the letters: NO ENTRY. they definitely knew that we couldn’t sleep there but they still didn’t contact us or canceld our booking. A lot of guests arrived and had to search for other accommodations. That was really annoying after a long long way to get to Lombok! Also I had to wait one month for getting my money back.

It was permanently closed when we arrived and noone had informed us our booking was cancelled. Booking.com needs to remove them from their listings as you cannot stay here anymore.

It was closed for business when we arrived for our stay. I was not informed and booking.com was still taking reservations. I am still waiting to hear whether the cancellation fees will be revoked.
