the room wasn't big enough but its comfort. Good Location near to the beach. The room doesn't have enough noice silencer. I barely can hear every party near my hotel.

Good location and comfy bed. It wasn't the cleanest of rooms as lots of dust and dirt under the bed and at the edges of the walls. Also you can hear everything in the building. From people talking in hallways/outside the building (late at night) to people in opposing rooms. Had construct/drilling outside our apartment despite having a do not disturb sign which actually says "Shh be quiet people sleeping" on it and "please make up room" on the opposing side. Also TV didn't work or connect to the internet.

Location and price were good No swimming pool, but did get discount 50% off food bill and mandalika beach club which encourages you to go there for a swim, located 5 min away, a really nice beach club just a shame we were the only ones there.

Location Had to ask them turn off the exterior wall lights as they shine through the blinds. They did. But outside still too much light Could sleep as too much light coming into the room. Need to add blackout curtains.. Was like day light coming into the bedroom.

Great hotel in Kuta Lombok. Nice localization and room was clean with hot water and good air condition. Staff is really nice and helpful - they organize transport for us and helped with left in the room belongs. Thank you so much. Everything was OK.

100 meters from the beach Lots of restaurants and bars nearby The photo on Booking of the giant window with views didn’t match with the reality The hotel is nice, but there are much better options for that price (or less). We, disappointedly, changed hotels after one night.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The resort is big and at a good location. Could have been a bit cleaner and would be helpful to have complimentary water available for guests.
