Raja Hotel Kuta Mandalika Resort & Convention

The staff were friendly and attentive, the location was perfect for exploring Kuta and Mandalika. The atmosphere was relaxing, Great value for money and highly recommended for anyone visiting Lombok.

The hotel has good potential, but there are several areas that need attention to provide a better guest experience. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

The room was not clean upon arrival. There was makeup and lipstick from someone else on the pillows, and the bed sheets were dirty. The hotel gave us another room as an upgrade, but unfortunately it was in the same unacceptable condition as the previous one. We checked in at 17:30 and immediately informed reception about the situation. They assured us we would receive an upgraded room. After a long trip, we went out for dinner and later returned to inspect the new room first. Sadly, there were stains everywhere and the bed sheets were still not clean at all. Because of the disgusting hygiene conditions, we decided to check out and leave the hotel. I will never book this hotel again. Happend 12th of May 2026

The pictures on line did not reflect current hotel conditions, Huge hotel with little staff. No attention to details . A/C was not working . Hair Dryer not working. Asked for a replacement and never happened.Toilet was not flushing that was repaired after a while. Toilet paper ran out asked for more did not get any. Got locked out of room had to get key reset. The Hotel bar did not have stock for mixing drinks and long wait for drinks.

Located right in the middle of the action, modern 5 star facilities at half the price pool was huge room was modern The buffet brekkie was minimal no vegetables on offer but noodle soup, the pool was shallow all around probably a safety issue

Excellent breakfast, mostly local cuisine which we loved and also counters for eggs and pancakes. The safe / locker in the room was not working. The master-key had been left on top of the safe, which seemed to defeat the purpose.

On the beach. Everything in the bathroom was old and moldy, and the furniture was chipped and in the 90' year. Hallways has bad spell and need repainting.

There security on the back entrance and few waitress are so nice , the rest ??? They all act like they dont need guest.. specially the security in entrance where u go to the beach .. very arogant .. the room was poor .. bathroom drainage is flood .. i will recommend to booked in other place !

The location is good, right by the beach. The bathroom smelled like sewer, and we had to run The shower for a while to get rid of the smell. The toilet would jam and keep running. The sink was dirty. The pool water looked a bit funky, 1m30 deep and wasnt clear.

Lobby under renovation, it's rainy season and there is no umbrella provided for guest, when asked, the staff give no solutions, therefore everytime we want to go to the car to go out, we'll have no shade between the building and the car.. and it's really upsetting really
