We had a great stay here and were really impressed from the start. The location is perfect just a short walk to Kuta Beach, surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants, and with a convenience store right next door. The room looked exactly like the photos and was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was big and cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A nice bonus was the smart TV with access to their Netflix account, perfect for winding down in the evenings. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again! There honestly isn’t much to mention here. The only downside is that the street can be a bit busy, with motorbike noise going on late into the night. If you’re a light sleeper, the rooms closest to the street might be noisy. It’s worth checking with the property in advance which room you’ll be staying in.

Water Pressure Was A Quite Low But It’s Acceptable For Me

Stayed for a night. Quite new and very comfortable. Surprisingly quiet, given how busy the area is and how close the place is to the road. Nice beach nearby, and a busy restaurant / shopping street just a short walk away. Mind yourself as a pedestrian - everyone (tourists and locals alike) drives like a maniac and will run you down without a second thought.

The room was amazing, location was great. Such a big room and super clean. Bed was very comfy. They put harman kardon speaker which was extra. The man staff in the lobby. There were the three of us and we wanted extra bed bcs hotel policy didnt allow one room for three people. We did not mind paying extra or get the extra bed. But the extra bed was empty, yet still have to pay full price of it. It would have been okay if the staff was not rude. He was rude, disrespectful and gave us a condescending look, not even one "sorry" uttered from his mouth when he said extra bed was unavailable. The way he spoke was as if it was our fault that the bed was empty? It's one thing to have an excellent property, but in hotel business, hospitality is mandatory to have. Even in smaller hotels, the staffs are usually very warm, humble, and helpful.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were super nice and helpful. Construction was going on at the hotel which we found out about once we got there. It was only during the days and we were barely at the hotel other than to sleep however this could definitely impact a vacation. This is why the rating is lower.

Staff funny first room had no windows no view, second room wich i paid a difrence for thanks to staff was much better but the location not so great for the same price you can get a villa on a hill First room no view available no windows and tv didnt work

Comfortable, spacious room, amazing staff, great location. Liked everything. If nitpicking,- cleaning crew should step up the game a notch. All the light switches, ac remote and some tables was dirty, hat to clean them with wet wipes before I could use them

The property is not big but the room we had was big and with high ceiling. It definitely felt comfortable. One of the staffs also had great barista skill shown for our cappuccino as our choice of welcome drink. And the staff definitely spend time to chat while serving us professionally, making us feel very welcomed. Internet connection was quite slow and a little hiccup when connecting to smart tv.

Beautiful rooms . Was best stay we ever done in Kuta. Wonderful helpfull staff, spotless clean and excellent restaurant

Modern and very clean. Good housekeeping. Amazing breakfast every morning. Air conditioning was working but not very strong, so it was rather warm in the room.

great hotel, friendly and helpful personel, especially the guard. I highly recommend this place i give only 9/10 because room wasnt ready on time (14.00) and I had to wait for it 20 minutes
