Wish i can give this place a thousand stars! I'm currently on my honeymoon here and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best and most memorable stay. We have stayed at El Tropico and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Everything was perfect! The staff, the facilities, and the dining were all exceptional. We are so glad we chose to return and we will definitely be back! Nothing, everything was wonderful and perfect!

Bar aand resturaunt staff were exceptional. Went above and beyond! Requested an early check in as I arrived at 10 am. Only got checked in 20 minutes prior to nominal check in time.

Super cute, centrally located, nice pool/bar and restaurant. It was a bit loud, especially in the morning. Our bed was located near the cleaning areas, so we could hear the morning bustle quite a bit. Our bathroom shared a wall with construction, so we could hear workers outside hanging out while using the facilities. It was a bit awkward.

The room is amazing, location is in the center of Kuta very convenient to walk around.

Amazing place to stay, the property and our room were very clean and the staff were lovely. Zii in particular was very helpful and put us in touch for a driver and tour organizer for beach and snorkeling excursions. The (3!) pools were also a highlight and the breakfast and drinks were excellent. Also, the hotel doesn't offer laundry service but recommended a great and easy place super close by. Nothing

The property is lovely with the pool and bean bag lounge chairs. My room was large enough. Bed comfy and room clean. Love the free water Staff was helpful The call to prayer at 4:30 am everyday! I know this can’t be helped but it woke up every day even with ear plugs. The metal bathroom door is rusty and it would get stuck

The first room I was assigned had some mould on the wall by the bed, luckily when I brought this to the reception staff I was moved to a better room right away. You will be woken up early in the morning by the call to prayer as the Mosque is almost right next door so don't forget to bring earplugs.

Nice design, clean, lovely pools and centrally located. Free room upgrade at check in. The staff wouldn’t give us a second room key even though we were two people. This made logistics challenging. Also, you need your key to use any power in the room, so if you go out to the very nice pool you can’t charge your phone or keep the room cool. The staff claimed it was because they were “full,” however it seemed odd for a large hotel not to have any extra room keys. We figure it was a way to save money on electricity which was not ok at this price point.

The pool is lovely and perfect for chilling out. Location is not too far from Kuta beach, otherwise to get to the best/better beaches it's about 20-30 minutes drive. Location great for food and small shops, just a walk away, felt very safe. Breakfast was very nice! Would definitely stay here again, no complaints at all.

Just a couple of things to note: the showers are outdoors, which can be a unique experience but may not suit everyone, and if you’d like machine coffee at breakfast, there is an extra charge.

Friendly staff, good location, very good food and service & overall the pool and hotel is really nice. Not peaceful at all. Rooms are around the pool so it’s loud during the day, and in the evening people are in the restaurant/bar so if the room is close to it it can be loud as well in the evening. Close to a mosque so prayers are also loud during the day and very early morning (4-5).

The mosque is located next to the resort. The loud prayers at 4:45 am was brutal. It violently woke us up every morning even with earplugs. We weren't able to fall back asleep most of the time. The wifi was extremely slow in the room. We had a hard time streaming any sort of videos.
