The rooms were nice and clean. Too noisy with dogs barking and neighbors partying. This place was not for me.

Nice location, friendly place with good tips for travellers: from tides information, trips around the area, scootters rental, etc

Breakfast good, could have more variety.

I also loved the outdoor bathroom.

Amazing staff- Linda (I think) was awesome! Great value& breakfast in the morning. The room and bathroom was very clean.

A very cozy, nicely landscaped property with your own super cute bungalows and a nice pool with a climbing wall and swim up bar. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved the open air washroom! Staff was great too!

Peaceful, beautiful nature, lovely staff, comfortable and homely room. Pretty much paradise.

The location is great, close to the central Kuta.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Everything was very clean and easy to access.

Nice staff with adorable dogs. The accommodation is clean and quiet. I especially loved the open bathroom. Bathroom door creaks quite loudly and you can hear your neighbor opening/closing the door. Aside from that, it’s quiet.

For anyone sensitive to noise at night, this is a great place to stay. The call to prayer from the nearby mosque was barely audible. The beds are large and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. No parking available for cars

They were building during the time we stayed there but told us in advance. It was not too loud. It should be finished at the end of march 2025.

Superb

Very welcoming staff. Amazing breakfast pancakes and great coffee. Spacious room with good AC and ceiling fan. Little privacy in the room, daytime curtains would be nice. The bathroom in our room had a bit of a garage vibe and had all kinds of problems. The AC is dripping in the middle of the bathroom. The ceiling is moldy. During the rain the entire ceiling is dripping with moldy water and everything (toothbrushes, cosmetics, toilet paper, towels and you) gets soaked. The neighbors next to our bathroom are building a new two story house (with a window which will be facing the open bathroom). So you can hold eye contact with the guys building the roof while sitting on the toilet. We told the staff about this so they covered the open shower with a plastic tarp which resulted in a waterfall during the rain and a bathroom which is never dry.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean with good AC + fan. Nice outdoor shower. Breakfast is delicious and included in room price! Also, you get complimentary acces to Xeno Fit gym, which is a brand new amazing gym close to the property. I love that they have 3 super sweet dogs and a cat, which makes me feel at home. Nothing. At the moment a bit of construction going on around the property, but the owner kindly informed us about it beforehand.

I enjoyed this place. Excellent location in a quiet place. The rooms are beautiful. Nice bed, shower, bathroom. And a really good breakfast. The staff are very kind, there’s a pool and climbing wall. They also do scooter rentals. I would have liked to stay longer!

Common area, close to the Main Street

The location is great. It's in a quiet side street away from the buzz but everything is only a 5-10 minute walk away. You get your own bungalow with little balcony and open air shower, perfect to dry off your wet clothes. Room size is perfect I think. Check-in and hangout area is a bit cramped which is good to mingle with new people I reckon. They're doing renovations so can be a bit noisy during the day. But I believe they are done soon. When it's rainy the walkway to the place is a little muddy.
