There was a very reasonable price, a comfortable room with its heating, I also added breakfast and there were delicious dishes.

My room was so clean and comfortable also wifi was so good in addition staff was so friendly

Absolutely nothing. The hotel confirmed my reservation, and then one hour before check in told me they were cancelling it because the price of booked online was too low. If I wanted to stay with them I’d have to pay more.

Cold rooms, the air conditioner does not work well, the bed linen is dirty and full of holes, cockroaches in the room

No Lift, Had to carry our Baggages to the 4th floor by stairs, found that the reception person gave wrong direction, had to come down and climb 4 floors again. No drinking water bottle in room, have to purchase from reception. No food or options for food nearby. Rooms are ok, AC not working, reception staff tried to fix at 2am but couldn’t. Asked to keep windows open ..to hear loud sounds of racing cars and bikes !!! Breakfast was ok.

I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above to make me feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. The room was clean and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Breakfast was very delicious with fresh ingredients.

Nothing Dirty bedsheet, ripped wallpaper, they charged us on the basis of people not number of rooms booked. When we arrived at the property and showed that we had booked one standard room and one twin room, he said since were four people we have to pay the price of four rooms and stay in two. It was late and we didn’t have any where else to go so we just paid the amount. There is no lift so we climbed the stairs till the 4th floor. We didn’t get the standard room, they gave us to twin rooms, when asked why we didn’t get the room we booked for the night staff said that they were all booked out and he could do nothing about it. The next morning when we insisted on speaking to the manager he apologized for the previous night and said it was his calculation mistake and returned half the amount. Bad service, facility and hygiene.

24/7 check-in. I had a late check-in which was agreed with the hotel by message. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff said that the room was not ready because the room was not cleaned due to the overload of the cleaners. There were no ideas or suggestions from the staff.
