The room was surprisingly clean and the beds were very comfortable, which, combined with the excellent heating, made for a good night’s sleep. There wasn’t a formal breakfast, but the complimentary black tea and coffee were a nice touch for a utilitarian stay. The location is tucked away on a side street that felt a bit sketchy, but it served its purpose as a place to crash. The lack of windows made the room feel a bit claustrophobic, and the smell of stale smoke in the hallways was quite off-putting. It would have been much better if the bathroom weren't across the hallway, as the tiny shower and lack of a proper reception desk made the experience feel a bit too basic.

The stuff is really helpful in case of any issues. I also rented two of their cars, they were ok. The palm avenue is really cool for jogging!

The place was very clean and comfortable. I traveled from Tbilisi to Kutaisi and arrived late at night, tired. The owner was kind, changed the bedsheets, and arranged everything for me. I had a hot shower, free coffee, and used the steam iron to press my clothes. I rested well before my morning flight.

Father and son, both of them take good care of their guests. Father doesn't speak English; son will translate everything. We want an Indian restaurant at 8 pm. The owner took us to a restaurant free of charge. I highly recommend this place. nothing much. Building Made of sandwich panels.When I stayed, it was very high wind. Constantly, I heard noise from outside.other than no complaint.

The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, and for the price, it’s simply perfect. However, what truly stands out is the extraordinary kindness and attentiveness of the host. In my case, he went above and beyond by taking me to places even taxis wouldn’t go and patiently waiting for me. It was an unbelievably generous gesture that made my trip truly special. As a bonus, I really appreciated his openness to discussing my (possibly controversial for some) political questions. It was a refreshing and enriching experience. Thank you so much for everything!
