Very last minute booking as we have been stuck after missing our bus. Very friendly and our bedroom was ready in 10 min. Breakfast is delicious and complete. No hunger until dinner! Loads of fresh food and well cooked even if it was early it was ready on time They do not speak English but their soon does We recommend. Also 5 streets away there is a fantastic "family" restaurant in the basement of a house. Unexpected but absolutely amazing. Good spot in Kutaisi It's just details. The toilet are outside, no blinds and the door doesn't close properly unless you slap it. It's obviously not an hotel you have clothes in the wardrobe. But we did not care

The guesthouse is super close to the main intercity bus station and you can reach the center easily with the public transport. The family is very nice, it was even possible to wash our landry for a very small price and spontaneously stay for another night.

Friendly family, the son has the better English. Could do with a fridge in the lounge area, and no hanging space as all the cupboards and draws were full of the owners clothes.

Very close to the Marshrutka bus station, but still easy to get to old town by bus or Bolt so a really good location. Lovely family that were eager to make us feel welcome and help. Very large room, the biggest room for the price we have found, it was also very comfortable. Shared bathroom, but we were the only guests and I think there is only 1 other room anyway. It was lovely tor stay in the suburbs in a family home so we can see how Georgians live. They seemed pleased to have us stay and we felt that warm energy from them :) It is minor, but the heating is by reverse cycle air conditioner, which is a little loud if you are not used to it, it also turns itself on and off, but we slept well anyway and we were there middle of winter, so I think having the AC is a bonus for the summer.
