It was disappointing that the bathroom sink kept getting clogged, making it impossible to wash properly.

Not so well clean very dusty ground and it needs a better soundproof

It was ok, not bad but the room on the 5th floor had a very bad isolation, i could hear neighbours talking staff could have been friendlier and coffee wasn’t good enough:)

The rooms are not soundproof. I heard noises throughout the day and night from 2:00 am to 3:30, doors slamming, people taking showers, loud conversations. The bed mattresses are old and too soft, almost sagging. Not great for the lower back.

The swimming pool and sauna The staff were all miserable, never smiled or greeted you. The bar staff tried to charge us double the price that was on the menu. The cleaner always looked at us bad. The breakfast was awful and exactly the same every.

The breakfast could have been better for a 5* hotel. The worst thing though was the behaviour of some of the staff members mainly waiters. We were a bug group of people (17) which I understand it's not so easy to please but there was occasions where I felt the staff's behaviour was not polite and appropriate to please the customers at all.

Laundry service way too expensive. 10 gel for 1 t-shirt, 5 for 1 pair of socks. I spent 135 gel to wash a little bag of my clothes.

There’s water accumulation in shower area. Water blockage. Towels were not clean. We complained. Not attended.
