Happy Stay Hotel

Loved the space, the kitchen the area and the owner! It was perfect

I stayed back on my last day. This room was better than my room at arrival. Owner Irakli is very nice and cooperative. Room is good at 2nd floor in building. There is a grocery store downstairs with all day to day needs. 5 min drive to fountain and city center. Around 30 min from airport for which bolt takes 25 Gel. Bathroom lock and water pipe leaking which needs repair.

The host responds quickly and solves problems, it's nice that there is a washing machine and a balcony. Noisy neighbors, no shelves in the bathroom, no forks in the room, small trash can.

It’s not proper Hotel, may be the rented 1 apartment in which 3 rooms only and they use to this as hotel. But it was clean but there is no sitting area no reception. You will stay all time in room. No one to listen and for treating you.

The road is closed to the apartment so many construction work around the area

Good location Irakli is a jigaro--kargi bichi (great guy!) It's a bit tough to find in the dark-- check the address

The location was ideal—an easy walk to the old town center, yet situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The sense of peace extended to the room itself. The walls appear to be very well insulated; I could occasionally hear footsteps in the hallway, so I knew other guests were present, but I never once heard noise from the neighboring rooms. This made for a very restful stay. The apartment was clean and very spacious, with a comfortable mattress. A real highlight was the balcony facing a quiet, tree-lined street—it was a pleasant experience to sit there and watch the birds at sunset. The practical amenities were also excellent. The WIFI was always fast and reliable, and having a desk was great for getting work done. A huge bonus was the on-site washer and dryer available for guests, and they even provided the detergent. This was incredibly convenient and a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Our host was very friendly and welcoming, and overall, the apartment is a fantastic value for what you get. The primary issue was the bathroom floor drains, which was missing its cover (siphon cap). This created two problems: Odor: A persistent and unpleasant drain odor was present in the bathroom on most days. Safety: The open drain was a constant safety concern, as I was worried about accidentally stepping into it and injuring my foot.

The appartment has a very good location. Mr. Irakli (the host), provides excellent service and outstanding communication. It was real pleasure staying in his appartment. I highly recommend it.

We group of 8 ( 2 family ) stay at 4 Bedroom house. Location is superb , walking distance to the town and many shops , super markets. This house including 2 full bathrooms , Heaters & Hot water. Owner is very kind. 1 Bathroom had issue with shower. But still manageble. Bathroom is bit slippery.

Cheap It’s not a hotel - just a flat on 2nd floor cutted to 4 rooms

Owner is very nice and cooperative. Property's location is ideal. Grocery store is next to the building. Property is well equiped with everything you need. This was my second time stay and I would prefer staying again during my next year's visit. Tv screen size could be little bigger and on wall mount bracket for better experience from bed.

Very nice house, good location and the host, Irakli is veey friendly. We arrived in the morning, after a delayed flight. Contact with Irakli was very good and he welcomed us also on that time. Thankyou Nothing
