Incredible hospitality! Every morning we were treated to a lavish, personally prepared breakfast - honestly, more food than we could eat :) Sheets and towels were changed every couple of days. The host is a wonderfully warm and thoughtful woman - it was a real pleasure chatting with her. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Kutaisi! Not a single thing - we loved every bit of our stay!

If you are in Kutaisi I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. Location is very quiet, not far from the city centre so you can go there by walk. The host is very hospitable, served us with a delicious breakfast everyday, gave us a glass of home made wine as a gift. We were able to communicate in English without any troubles. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything you may need. Give it a try and you will not regret it!

Beautiful, spacious and very clean room. Nice new furniture, cool balcony and great bathroom. The hotel is very close to the center, but the street is quiet and there are not many cars. Amazing breakfasts and pleasant conversations. The owners are very kind and friendly people. We got a lot of helpful recommendations for local sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Staff was super friendly to us. We even got some offers of Georgian products. Breakfast had great variety (I felt a little bad I wasn't able to try everything... It was too much for us), and was also very tasty! It isn't exactly in the center of Kutaisi, but it's a 10 minute walk there. Nothing in particular.
