Amazing view of the city (probably the best you can get in Kutaisi), the host Mamuka is very friendly and welcoming and really made our stay a memorable experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was also provided to us despite our very early check out time. We enjoyed our time so much we came back without a reservation two days later! N/a

Absolutely incredible little family-run hotel. The owners are sooooo sweet!!!!! The breakfast you get is home cooked every morning and the views from your balcony are stellar. Couldn’t recommend enough for the price you get this at! N/a!

We stayed at this homestay in Kutaisi for one night with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The place is run by a warm and welcoming family - a grandmother, mother, and their kids - which gives the stay a very homely and comforting feel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious items, including kid-friendly options like pancakes and tasty chicken dishes that our children absolutely loved. The view from the terrace was beautiful, and watching the sunrise from there was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!

The wifi connection didn't work very well. I had to work on the trip, and found it a bit difficult

We loved our Georgian breakfasts prepared by the family. Delicious. Fresh & a nice variety. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and help us with the language barrier in communicating when making plans. The view was breathtaking. Every room has it. We didn’t like leaving. Wish we stayed longer.

So far, this is the best family type hotel I've ever stayed at. Chilled and nice atmosphere. Great hospitality. Every room has their own balcony, plus there is a big terrace on the last floor of the hotel, from where we enjoyed night views. And a great bonus to all this was a super delicious breakfast every morning ?

I think the hotel is run by the family. They are very warm and welcoming. I only stayed in Kutaisi in one day and they made my stay memorable. The ambiance and energy of the room is great. I told them that I have to checkout early and asked them if they could prepare my breakfast meal earlier. And they did. Grandma even woke up earlier just to prepare my food before leaving. Despite having a language barrier, they truly showed hospitality to their guest. Plus the owner is cute but i think snobbish. ? Absolutely nothing.

I liked pretty much everything. Hosts were super nice, shower ( which is most important for me) was good, warm water and nice pressure. View from the room was amazing, not far from center and the main church. All was good.

Owners are very friendly and helpful. They serve georgian home made breakfasts which vary every day. Breakfast were delicious and offered huge portions. It is worth to buy vine from the owners and sit on the terrace enjoying the evening.

Our family was very happy here! The facilities look well kept, modern and clean. The staff is a wonderful, kind family. They even have amazing homemade wine; they offered us a glass. Their view is spectacular morning and night! The breakfast was abundant and traditionally Georgian- all very flavorful and delicious. The location is perfect to get to the large cathedral in walking distance and walking distance to some restaurants in town. We would definitely stay again!
