The hotel arranged transport from the airport at 1am, and for a very fair price. Drinks and water were available, clean room and bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Also perfectly located for us to catch our mini van to Mazeri the next day. They even provided lunch packs for us since we didn't have time for breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, about a 15–20 minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Kutaisi while staying somewhere quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it was a nice surprise that one of the breakfast staff members spoke a bit of Hebrew. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast had everything we needed, and the free parking was a great bonus. Our room had a balcony, which was nice to have, but the view was mostly of the neighboring houses. A higher-floor room would likely have a much better view of the city.

This is a modest but cozy hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. The breakfasts are delicious, prepared by wonderful and kind women. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely terrace with a view of the mountains. Many thanks to the staff and the hotel owners for their warm and welcoming attitude toward guests. There is no shelf in the bathroom. As a woman, I really missed having one. The hotel is located on a hill, and it was inconvenient to go up and down with a stroller (we are traveling with two little children).

Rooms were clean and there was a good view from the terrace. No faucets in the washrooms.

It’s closer to the down town areas. Easily accessible. Breakfast was very good and very friendly staff Bath room was so tiny and the shower is worst. Water drain from the bathroom is very bad. When I reach it’s started raining. Hotel didn’t have any umbrella to go out for dinner.

Room was clean, beautiful view. Breakfast was good 6.5/10 You can hear all the noises. The hotel is overpriced. What about lighting in the room it’s so dark, the socket is not working properly.
