On the positive side, the receptionist was absolutely wonderful: very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Her hospitality was truly five-star and made the experience much better than it otherwise would have been. The property was quite disappointing. The room was small, had an unpleasant odor, and lacked basic amenities. The shower had no curtain, which caused the entire bathroom to flood after use. The placement of the sockets was also very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the balcony doors could not be locked, which felt unsafe.

I had a very pleasant experience in this hotel friendly staff and a quiet area. The stay was very good.

The location is great. Walking distance to everything In the area, especially if you are taking morning tours with agencies. As for the staff, they are super nice, welcoming you with a beautiful smile and giving you all details needed. The 4th floor is the kitchen/bar where you can have breakfast with a great peacefull view and hear the bird sounds. And you can also come late afternoon have a drink and enjoy the beautiful sunset along the mountains. Bonus point, they are building a pool on the same floor which would be an awesome addition during summer time. Some maintenance needed (better lights in the room and few upgrades in the bathroom space)

In general we were very satisfied with this quite new hotel. Personnel was very positive willing to help with everything. Room was super clean with nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was also tasty enough. I would really recommend this hotel to everyone considering high level services with reasonable prices.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last weekend. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the center. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and quiet with balcony , making it a great place to relax. Breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the free tea and coffee available all day and night. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and prime location.

The location was good and the staff so friendly, Anaih was excellent hand speek well English, the have elevator. Breakfast was nice they even ask us what we want, it wasn't the best but trying is what counts. They have a driver that helps us during the trip his daily cost was reasonable but you get what you paid for

The staff is very polite, we have asked for iron and they gave us , they also have upgraded swimming pool . Everything was perfect . Recommend.

Our second stay here, so in addition to all previous info, I'd like to mention that this is a family owned placed. All the people - at the reception, cleaners, cookers, are family and it's great to support them. I really wish you all the best, and all the best for Kutaisi and Georgia! :-) All good!

Teo & her team were very helpful & loving. the chef there also let me cook bf for my kids. location was gud as just outside on walkable distance is Mac D. Teo assisted with all the city info. and driver facility. No Tv in the room, not much place to hang clothes and muslim shower.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice little pool for the kids. It's a bit hard to find on an unkept backstreet. Our toilet was leaking.

To start with some useful information - as of August 2024: - breakfast time 8-11 am - the hotel accepts now card payments (we did so) - the pool on the roof has been renovated and is a concrete one, open 24/7 - there is a new elevator so you don't have to bring your suitcase by stairs Fantastic place with amazingly friendly people. The lady at the reception was charmingly helpful and I really appreciate all the help she offered (if you're reading this, you're really the best!) Breakfast selection was decent. When we had to leave early in the morning one day, before brekfast starts, they prepared lunch boxes for us! Location is great, about 7 minutes walk from the main place. Wifi worked fine with no problems. Once again, thank you for all the help and smiles! For this price and the hospitality of the owners, there's nothing I'd like to complain about ;-) I will book the same hotel if I'm coming again to Kutaisi.
