Great location and very secure (locked gate with keyfob). Robes, slippers, mini shampoo, and kettle provided in the room. Bathroom was a bit small. Sometimes staff was not present at the desk, but they were responsive to phone calls.

The location, clean, cozy, well equipped, reception, heating, all for a very good price There's a lot of stairs, it's a bit challening for a baby stroller.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes walk to most attractions, cafes, restaurants, etc. Friendly hosts. I would stay here again! Walls were a little thin and WiFi wasn’t great.

The location is very nice because it is near from the downtown and all facilities are near, plus the stuff was very helpful and kind because they provide bidet when we told them we are Muslim ☪️ and it is necessary for us they immediately respond ?

Beka the Host was very helpful, we asked him for some help regarding Car Hire for Tour and he helped us find the best car + drive Suko !!! Communication was easy as he also speaks English :) His place is good for us as a group and it is near the main area in Kutaisi City. The neighborhood was quiet and good place to stay. Just a bit of workout climbing the stairs, but all good :)

Very warm and comfortable despite the cold weather with central heating and a/c, super clean and perfect location. We really enjoyed the small balcony and appreciated the water boiler and tea :) The only thing I didnt like was that the bed had two single mattresses making up one double so it was a bit uncomfortable for a couple.
