Good location in the heart of the city. Tasty breakfast. Hospitable staff. Balcony. Comfortable beds. The soap dispenser in the shower cabin hasn't been working. The room was a bit dark. Sometimes it was too noisy from the outside

The hotel is situated right by the center of Kutaisi. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet during the night so we got a good sleep. There is free parking on the street in front of the hotel. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. The wine bar at the basement is absolutely lovely and enjoyed drinking some bottles there extremely much. The breakfast was outstanding, possibly the best I've had in a hotel.

Nice cosy hotel close to the city centre. Good breakfast but without egg prepared for you (I waited for shakshuka) During strong rain higher floor is very noisy

Staff were friendly and very hospitable. The hotel aesthetic is very cute, but specifically the common areas. Breakfast was excellent—the best hotel breakfast we had in Georgia. Location is perfect, right in the center of town but on a less busy street. It was easy to find on-street parking. I wish breakfast started a bit earlier (started at 8:30). There were several other groups that also showed up right at 8:30. Room felt a bit outdated. AC wasn’t working and the room was a bit stuffy due to high humidity.

One of the best stays in Georgia! Super well located, with a comfy and nice room. The bathroom exceeded the expectations (good shower and no cold draft coming in. Awesome staff! Nothing. Everything was perfect!

What makes this hotel stand out from the rest is Oto, the general manager. He was in contact with us from the beginning. He is professional and made the trip easy. Oto helped us book our arrival taxi and our tour with Beka. Beka was an excellent tour guide and stopped for my daughter, who gets motion sickness, without complaint. The room itself was comfortable and big, which we prefer when traveling with our young daughter. It was easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. We loved the artwork and memorabilia in the room and the hotel. If we are in Kutaisi again, we will be sure to stay here. *All of the staff members are professional. The only issue was the shower. I imagine that they cannot fix it easily, or I am sure they would have. It just doesn't drain at all.

For an even better experience, I would recommend adding more hooks, an additional mirror, and another bin in the room. The breakfast was lovely, though I suggest going early to fully enjoy it without the rush or food getting cold.

Excellent hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Our family room was spacious with a large balcony. The hotel has an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. I don't think I've had such a good hotel breakfast in a long time. One outlet next to the bed didn't work.

The room was specious and clean. Great location and right next to a police station so it felt extra safe. The hotel is well decorated. 24h desk so we could arrive after our flight landed at 2 am. We had issues in our bathroom the sink was flooding a little so the whole bathroom got easily wet. There was also a lot of construction going on outside. Staff could we friendlier.

The breakfast was awesome. So was the decoration and atmosphere of the breakfast space. I wish that me room came with a desk so that I could have done work on my laptop.

The rooms are a bit sketchy. Dirty and moldy walls. The bathroom was weird, there was no way to control the water flooding the whole room when you take a shower..
