Location and cleanliness Nothing

The Hotel was in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly but not overly attentive. I loved the rooftop sitting area, I would have loved to see a small lounge up there it offered great views of the City. Over all the stay was positive, we just compared to some of our other locations while in Georgia and this one just not at the same level. But id this was the only place we stayed we would have loved it.

Breakfast was a huge disapointment. First of all breakfast is served from 8-11. 8 is VERY late for travellers who have early flights to catch or tours booked - result? You get down to breakfast for 8 and struggle to find a space to sit - as there isn't much space there in the first place. Breakfast buffet is such tiny area and that all bowls etc are small - so they run out fast - when we came at literally 8:05 - most items were gone and staff struggled to fill them in fast enough. Coffee is average, it's really difficult to make tea too - there is enough space for about 1 person at a time to make it. My suggestion would be for staff to offer to bring drinks to the table. Much nicer experience. Anyhow - based on the breakfast experience we would likely not stay there again.

Great location just a block from the central square with an adjacent park and numerous restaurants. The staff working the reception desk were also very friendly and informative. Nothing.

Very cozy room and it was extremely comfortable to sleep On booking it mentioned they have free *private* parking but it actually just the public one. Quite a few spots to park the car though.

The only issue was the wake-up call service. I specifically requested a wake-up call at 1:30 AM because I had an early flight. Unfortunately, I was only called after 2:00 AM. This was quite inconvenient and could have caused me to miss my flight if I had not already woken up on my own. Apart from this issue, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

The location was perfect for me, since I was taking tours that departed from the nearby square. The reception staff is very welcoming, the restaurant servers helpful and attentive, and the breakfast had a good variety of healthy choices. I was very happy with my room. The only improvement I can suggest is a comfortable armchair in the rooms for reading.

A very clean place with extremely helpful stuff. Not a spec of dust, mold or dirt. It was about sterile level of cleanness. There is a little restaurant downstairs which serves very tasty Georgian breakfast. The shower.... It is the best top shower on the planet! Jeez - the volume, the pressure. Location is also central with various shops, pharmacies, restaurants etc. in a short walking distance. A little weird room planning adjacent to the elevator which makes it a little bit audible specifically in the room where we stayed. Not a big deal really. I guess the building had another purpose rather than hotel in the past. Nothing else.

The staff are very friendly. The only downside for me, as a coffee lover, is that the coffee at breakfast isn’t very good. However, it’s quite drinkable with milk.

Breakfast’s coffee could improve or maybe americano should be offered at breakfast?

Warm and friendly, clean, very nice designed ... one of my favorite place in Georgia. Breakfast take away at 3.30am for my early morning flight back home. Amazing service. Bravoooooo !

We always enjoy staying here in Kutaisi. The reception team is friendly and the breakfast staff are warm and welcoming. It has become our regular hotel whenever we visit the town. x

Everything - great location, rooms, amenities, and attention to detail. Staff very kind and welcoming. Great value for money and definitely one of the best hotels in Kutaisi. Only down side (not hotels fault), is it can be quite noisy if you have a room next to the elevator. KUT is now a popular 24 hr budget airline hub with flights arriving in the middle of the night. With a room next to the lift, the gears are heard as well as all guests arriving if making noise. Again, cannot recommend this hotel enough, but just heads up regarding the noise during the night and the lifts if near.
