The smell from the bathroom ?

Good location managed by nice staff. The room is spacious and there’s everything for a comfortable stay. You could hear everything what neighbors were talking about - the walls are really thin. Breakfast variety was very limited.

Deluxe room- My experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean and the basic amenities were not working or missing. The washroom had a persistent unpleasant odour throughout the stay. The front door lock was broken . The bedside ply wood was broken and was kept inside the room. The kettle was very dirty with food remains and mud like settlement inside . When asked for bottled water we were asked to take up water from the washroom for drinking.The sofa and towels were not clean. The electrical switches were broken . Property is Good. All the facilities are available. They accept Cash & Credit card, but carry exact change as there are no exchange centers nearby.

While the location of the hotel and the staff were nice, we had our issues during the stay. The most glaring was that of the water. The first day of our stay, the water stopped working for about 2 hours. When I tried contacting the staff, they provided an incorrect WhatsApp number so we didn't receive any help. Thankfully, the issue resolved on it's own. The next two days, every time we showered, we were told we were flooding the unit below, which was not evident from our shower (no leaking, flooding, standing water, etc.). The staff just kept accusing us of not closing the shower door, which we had been doing. The WiFi also seldom worked, which was quite frustrating and it was very noisy at night (due to other guests being inconsiderate).

Very good place. Big room with air conditioning which is very important in case of the hot weather. The stuff was very friendly and very helpful.

The rooms and amenities are a bit old but great for short stay if you spend your whole day outside. Beds make sound and walking in corridor can be heard. Nice budget stay.

Location was exceptional and in the center of the city Wifi was very weak. Lack of privacy. mold was in the shower area

We expected break fast between 7-8, disappointingly the hotel provides brwakfast only at 9, no one won't be able to make their travel plans if it's this late. The bed arrangement was not suitable for a family, we felt it as a dormitory. Be considerate to the family.
