Hotel 1870

The location is awesome and the host is attentive. My room was very cute and comfy. Bring your earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

We stayed for just one night. The room was clean and cozy. The beds seemed a bit small to us (which might be important for taller people). Otherwise, everything was wonderful! The hotel has a very cozy and charming courtyard. The host was very pleasant! He stayed in touch even before our arrival and helped with any questions. We were left with very pleasant impressions.

Exceptional host Saba and the property is at a great location. Situated right in the middle of the city center, the property offers accessibility to everything. Tons of good restaurants around, easy transportation/bus to the Kutaisi airport Bathroom could have been better and the cleanliness was a bit of a concern. The bed linens had stains here and there.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel 1870! The room is great, with a very comfortable bed and shower. The location is absolutely perfect, just 2 minutes walking from the famous city square. The host is very kind and friendly, the communication was excellent (both online and in person), and they allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out. There is a cute common area with wine cellar and a courtyard. I liked it. Also, I ordered a breakfast and it was amazing, a local Georgian food, very tasty! WiFi worked great too. None. All good!

Room is very small, just be aware of that.

The hotel was located in the city center. The small terrace and the kitchen were nice. Ok for 1-2 nights of stay. Overall good value for money. The room was a bit shabby (especially the bathroom) and smelled musty.

Very good budget stay in Kutaisi!

Saba is a great host. He was extremely helpful during our stay. He showed us around, helped with printing boarding cards and recommended restaurants. We could check in earlier with no additional cost. The room was clean, with working heater/AC. The location of the place is also great. Unpleasant smell from the bathroom (I guess it could be the case of Kutaisi, cause we also experienced that in our other Kutaisi stay) + paper thin walls. We could hear every word of the other guests. Good thing they weren’t very talkative :)
