Hotel Panoramic

The price is a little to high for a small hotel in place like kutaisi. Theres no privacy on the balcony. It looks more like one big balcony for all the guests Its was not very nice that at 12:00pm the receptionist called me and said its time for check out, every hotel give another 30min , even an hour to leave. At 12:20pm i was finally finished packing all my things and started to took all my suitcases out from the room while the cleaning ladies standing next my room watching me and keep saying . are you finish over and over,It was unsuitable situation

Location was good, short walk to town center. Staff was great! Very clean. Bathroom smell. It is what it is, for a reasonable and excellent hotel there has to be trade offs.

The view from the restaurant and rooms is great, panoramic sunset and Bagrati church. The bed and linens are comfortable and the breakfast was good too, with views. The room is spacious with a work desk as well. The sound isolation from room doors are not that good, but in general it was quiet anyway.

Fisrt of all, the this hotel is NOT A "4 STAR HOTEL", its a collection of apartment rooms on a 9th floor of an apartment building. The room was one of the worst rooms i have ever been, it stinks with cleaning chemicals, we both left the room with headache and allergy. Air conditioning is very noisy even in closed door. So in summer you have to choose between open balcony door and cool, noisy room with unbearable smell. Breakfast was bare minimum. Overall not worth money they charge.

Picture on the web sire do not show that the hotel is on the last floor of the apartment building. So when you arrive you are very much surprised, cause you expect to see a hotel building. Otherwise, inside, all is good, clean, cozy and the view is fantastic.

Beautifully decorated room with a lovely balcony and view of the city. Super clean bathroom, the tiles gleamed they were so clean Absolutely stunning views of the city from the restaurant. Delicious traditional meals, we had breakfast and dinner there the 3 nights we stayed because it was so good. Excellent location The lobby is on the ground floor and the rooms are all on the 9th floor N/A

Room was spacious and clean..with good view of kutaisi ......also bathtooms are equipped with faucets etc. Considering tourists from.middle east.

Breakfast not so good, especially because I paid for breakfast including but coffee was not included, I paid more to drink Americano and cappuccino in the breakfast.

Receptionist was so humble helpful, breakfast was limited but the lady who was maintaining was not that supportive, felt like she doesn’t want to help us on anything. Other than that its all good.

Easy parking Far from the center. Terrible, rude guy at the bar ( the first night when we checked it ). Rooms and towels were not very clean

We booked triple room and room was surprisingly big! Beds were comfortable, tea and coffee amenities were handy, since we like to drink hot drinks like tea and coffee. Bathroom was big, nice shower, which was life changing after 7 hours in the car. I slept like a baby :) Very delicious breakfast and view from the window is amazing. You can see the whole city.
