The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view over the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed.

The staff speak English and Russian, and they were very polite and helpful. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes walk from the Tourist centre, in a quiet area. I recommend it warmly Nothing, all good

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The air conditioning unit wasn't functioning properly, making it difficult to get a comfortable temperature in the room. Also, the parking was far from the hotel.

Reception was friendly and profi, specially there was one guy who tried all he could to sort out all requests / big terrace Aircon only in one room that is not efficient / poor messy and overpriced breakfast / no soundproof windows while hotel is next to busy street / no windows shades curtains

The building is pretty new and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy. There was only one set of keys, no room service at all (we stayed two nights). The bathroom was very humid. Every evening some young guys were gathering in the lobby or right outside and chillin, it wasn’t quiet. The hotel is pretty far from the center but thank god Bolt is cheap af.

Bed was comfy Room was cold when we arrived. There was no table or chair. There was a coffee table. Shower was leaking water so whole bathroom got wet.

Comfortable and near from the center within 6 minutes walking. The reception staff were very helpful especially she offered to us parking for one car. I wish the blanket were more clean.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room faced into a dirty uncleaned backyard.
