We did not have breakfast. The location was great, centrally located. Nothing, everything was excellent!

Comfortable stay for a group of friends. Laundry in the suite is a plus! We stayed at two-bedroom suite with kitchen area and one bathroom. It was comfortable for four people. Four single beds.

The only real negative was the bathroom size.

Everything in this property was so cozy and nice. Spick and span room, Very friendly host, always treating you part of their house and greeting everytime you go out and come. I had my own private space and the bed was very comfortable. Is in the excellent location, just 4 mins walk you reach the center of Kutaisi. There are lot of restaurants, supermarket right across the street . They also prepare breakfast for you if you tell them in advance it's made with so much love. They let you take the extra food inside your room too. I had a wonderful stay, felt home away from home A mirror in the room would have been better but otherwise Everything was wonderful

We received a free upgrade from Booking for a larger room but the lady from reception tried to charge us extra for it saying that Booking made a mistake. We showed the email confirmation from Booking with the room type and cost but lady kept arguing with us so we said that we'd just leave and find another hotel. We ended up staying because the lady agreed to give us the room that we booked but we felt like she was trying to scam us. There were no blankets in the room - instead there were what looked like extra large towels used as blankets/covers. While the room was clean, there was foul smell from the drain in the bathroom.

Like many other apartments in the area, this one is located near the central street (the town is quite small, so most listings are in or around the center). Despite that, the apartment itself was quiet. And I also want to add that after publishing this review, I received a very unpleasant message from the owner, which, unfortunately, worsened my opinion about this apartment even more. The biggest downside was the very weak air conditioning. With outdoor temperatures above +30 °C, the A/C units barely cooled the rooms, making it difficult to sleep at night. What made things worse was that the host insisted that we turn off all electricity – including the air conditioning – every time we left the apartment, even just for a short evening walk. This felt very unreasonable and showed a clear priority for saving costs over guest comfort. The kitchen was unbearably hot during the day as there was no air conditioning at all. There was no wardrobe in the apartment where clothes could be hung. Another unpleasant situation was the payment: we had agreed in advance to pay in euros, but upon arrival, the host demanded payment in lari. The hygiene products in the bathroom were also disappointing – the single-use shower gels looked like leftovers from previous guests. The bottles were half-empty, crumpled, and even contained a mix of different colored liquids in one container. It would honestly be better not to leave anything at all in that condition. Lastly, the view from the window was quite intimidating – photo attached. And I also want to add that after publishing this review, I received a very unpleasant message from the owner, which, unfortunately, worsened my opinion about this apartment even more.

The location is very convenient to go everywhere in the city, and the staff and the host are very nice and helpful. There is a mini-kitchen in my room, and the room is spacious.

Clean and tidy rooms Location is convenient I ask for two rooms at ground floor, but they can only provide one at ground floor. However, the upper floor room is upgraded to a corner room with 2 rooms. Very spacious.

It's a very cosy and clean little hotel with helpful owner and great location.

Central location, spacious apartment, well equipped (microwave, washing machine etc.) with a super nice owner. Stable wifi. It was cold and snowy outside but the apartment was warm and cozy. There is a terrace (could be nice in summer). On our last day we received a home made chaczapuri from the owner. It was delicious and the gesture was very sweet. I wish there was some laundry detergent, because even though there was a washing machine we couldn't use it without buying a whole package. Some tea would be nice since there is a kettle. Also on one day there were some workers outside and they were quite noisy (unfortunately we were working so we were inside for the most of the day and we could hear them. It might not be an issue if you're sightseeing the whole day). Overall nothing too bad. I would still recommend this place.
