Great location, breakfast was great and room was very clean. Beautiful, small hotel! Check in and check out were a little odd - we were here in the off season, so hotel was very empty and this may have been why.

wonderful stay very centrally located in Kutaisi. Our host Sophia was so welcoming and offered us homemade wine. she also arranged a to go breakfast for a morning we had to leave early. the room was large, comfy and clean with interesting character to the whole house. we loved our stay. all was good

The manager was very nice and helpful, also in arranging transportation to Tbilsi. Location is great, in a quiet street, but short walking distance from the main square. Breakfest was also great , and they also have a kitchen with refrigerator for the guests. Nothing
