? Inconsistent wifi. Thin walls with noisy guests. Unhinged shower door that gets water all over the bathroom floor. A giant floor to ceiling pillar in the middle of the room.

Checkin was fast and easy and they helped me understand the parking situation and pay if needed. I requested extra pillows and they brought them to the room right away. The room was clean. Our room faced the street and while the view wasn't beautiful, it was nice and open. The rooftop terrace is nice. As others have mentioned, any noises in the corridors or from other rooms can be heard. If you are sensitive to sounds while sleeping, you should consider this. The breakfast was very basic, but fine.

I cannot say the rooms are very cozy (at least ours was not). Also there was only one chair for us to use. Breakfast was kind of OK, could be improved but seems fair for the price.
