Loved everything. Too many spiders but makes sense since it’s in the middle of the woods.

Park near hotel Everything very old and almost broken. Very laud parties near hotel. No one at reception. Very very very difficult to get there by walk

Outside is so noisy even until 12:30-1am, hard to get some early night sleep

The kids park is behind it and some noise disruption throughout the night, but that is not controllable through the hotel. There wasn’t warm water, luckily it was summer.

For the money you get such a nice room and very good location! Noise insulation is poor, put a pair of earmuffs will make you hear almost nothing :)

The area is in a forest and there is an interesting amusement park nearby. My room toilet had an overwhelming sewage smell. There is an ant colony of black ants coming from the pipe behind the toilet and shower area. There is a restaurant nearby which hosts parties with noisy party goers. Expect some noise until 12:30 am and some drunk people were honking their cars for no reason. The TV did not have any signal and I had to be relocated for one night to a different room with somewhat working TV but the bed there was like plywood. I just opted to be sent back to the previous room with no TV signal.

I recently stayed with my wife and kids at this wood cabin nestled in the woods — it looks absolutely charming and has a cozy vibe at first glance. The natural surroundings give it a very peaceful feel and its inside the Park which my kinds really enjoyed. Overall, I would say this place is better suited for solo travelers, groups of friends, or party-loving couples. There are a few things to keep in mind if you're planning to stay here. The biggest issue was that the room heater wasn’t working. The bed also creaked loudly with even small movements, and the bathroom drainage was slow creating a flood in bath area. Another point to note is the nearby restaurant, which stays open until 2 AM. It’s great if you want late-night food or drinks — the beer and food options were good! But because of that, there’s a constant flow of people and cars right next to the cabin, which affects the peace and quiet you might expect in a woodland stay. It's probably not the best choice for families or those looking for a truly serene getaway.

Amazing location on the hill of Kutaisi. Comfortable and clean rooms with all the amenities needed. Extra points for the stuff that has been wanting for us to arrive until 22:30. The location on Google maps was not the correct one so we were stuck with the car on a narrow street close to the hotel.

It is a lovely area for families as there is a park next to the hotel though not very accessible but Bolt cars can easily be booked. We all agree that it is a nice cabin to stay during snowy days. There was no coffee provided in the rooms.

When we arrived at the hotel, something was wrong with the room we were supposed to be in, so they put us in a different room for the first night. They promised us it would be possible to move our stuff to the other room in the morning, but eventually they made us leave our bags unattended at the reception, because the room still wasn’t ready. When we got in the room we noticed the toilet was leaking and after 1 night it stopped flushing completely. Also later that night there was a power shortage, resulting in no lights or electricity in our room. The staff couldn’t necessarily have done anything about that at the moment, but there were also no preventive measures taken. The staff doesn’t communicate with each other, resulting in one of them promising something which the other doesn’t make happen. They also don’t seem to care about our inconveniences. Furthermore there were always people hanging outside at night, with music turned on pretty loud from the cars. The location was fine, close enough to the city and it’s easy to take a bolt that way.

Quite good localisation. Big and safe parking. Good restaurant and shop nearby. Service of the crew was OK. Damaged bathtub, when you take a shower the water were everywhere. I guess there were some kind of pipe damage under the bath. Also the cover of bathtub were damaged. Second thing is very very cold room. It was very hard to sleep here. Even with heater. AC for heating does not work at all.
