Breakfast Cleanliness Staff

Staff good and friendly It was not comfortable at all. I booked triple room, and requested one double one twin bed. During check in they provided one double bed and one sofa, for 4 years old baby. I asked twin bed but the said not available. The sofa bed was very hard, and after unfolding it, the joint in the middle felt like a knife digging into my back.after long flight we could not sleep while night because of this sofa

The room was perfect and very comfy. hotel has a back yard where there are orange trees and some play areas. bonus point- they have bidet showers. breakfast was delicious. the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my booking and when we called him, he patiently solved it. it was a non refundable booking with no free cancellation. yet he allowed me to change the booking for free. my only worry is that i had to cut my stay short for a one day instead of 2. (which is my requirement which he helped to accommodate) i wish i could stay more. highly recommended place. nothing

Did not stay here. Did not stay here. The property contact me and said non availability of room due to a drainage issue. They were not willing to cancel the reservation but asked me to cancel from my end. Since the fault is from there end i asked to cancel from their end but tjey did not do it. They made the reservation complete next day.

Great host and a wonderful apartment. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Everything The staff was friendly and helpful

Hotel is very Beautiful. I stayed in the double deluxe room which has the terrace from the room. You can see the whole city of kutaisi. Owner is very kind and friendly. Restaurants are walking distance. Love everything here. I would recommend this place for solo travelers too.

Breakfast did not have choices, parking was a challenge

Location is close to Bagrati church. Breakfast was scarse, simple and sometimes not so fresh. The hotel is on a hill, so you need some physical fitness to get to the hotel from the city center.

I appreciated the very friendly staff at the reception, the clean rooms, and the tasty breakfast. The hotel is located on a hill, about 15 minutes from the city center. Thank you! :)

Exceptional

Stuff is very welcoming and helpful, we had two rooms, one was good, but other one room was in bad condition, mold all over the place. Breakfasts were ok, very simple.

The door handle was rusted and broken, it had a very sharp edge, it slit my finger deep and left me bleeding and my friend had to open the door every time I had to use the washroom
