Best host and best facilities

Nice place, near Kutaisi airport. Very, very kind host. Excellent breakfast, easy to find. I recommend this place without any doubt, All was correct, thanks a lot.

The hosts were great, very friendly and always replying fast. I've used the transfer they proposed, and completely happy about it. Andrew met me in the middle of the night at the airport and brought me to the hotel, and in the morning brought me back to the airport - very fast (around 20 min), convenient and we had a lovely talk on the way. I had the whole little house for myself that night, and had so much needed rest before my next flight. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were just amazing. The room is fully dark, and AC works perfectly, so it was a pleasant sleep. The shower was also spacious and very clean. The house has a nice little garden with a cute little dog living there. I enjoyed spending morning on the terrace with a company of the doggie. Breakfast was also very good and filling, with delicious tomatoes and pastry. Wi-fi worked good too. I couldn't take the key out of the door of the sleeping room, so it was possible to close it and open from both sides. It made me a bit confused. But I felt very comfortable and safe anyway, so it was not a big deal.

There are only two bedrooms , but common Kitchen and livingroom . Like for family . Private home with private parking . Very friendly and helpful Owner . Thank You :o)) . Good and reach breakfast . Good placed on the way from airport to Kutaisi center . google map pin is correct , but sign with the name of aprtaments are very small

Great location if you want to be close to the airport. The hotel is very authentic and cozy, and the room has everything you need. Host Andrew was very helpful—he picked us up from the bus station, drove us to the city center, and brought us back to the hotel. He also treated us to a glass of wine. We had a very early flight at 6:40, so Andrew took us to the airport at 5 am (transfer cost - 10 EUR). We felt well taken care of. The shower is not separated by any wall, so water gets everywhere around the sink and toilet.

Family run place which is quite typical in Georgia. I was the only guest and had the entire place to myself. Very nice breakfast and everything wonderful. Will come again.... nothing to complain about.....

The hosts were really sweet. We only stayed for one night and they offered to drive us to city center for dinner and made lively breakfast for us in the morning as well.

The breakfast was nice. Also, the transfer from the airport was easy thanks to the host. The host also helped me exchange some money in the town. It took a long time to negotiate with the host for next day's transfer to Batumi. I ended up using Bolt for a much better price and a better car than the host offered. After a small talk between the host and my Bolt driver in their local language, the driver asked for more money, which wasn't ethical. I kindof had the feeling that the host was trying to make money out of my Bolt deal where she did have nothing to do with.

Room, breakfast, free wine (yes!), lovely host. This is a good location for travellers appreciating easy access to the airport (20 min drive)

Our host, Andrzej is great person. Despite late hour he welcomed us warmly, he is very hospitable and talkative, we talked in english :) The place is clean, spacious and charming. Garden is huge and very beautiful, Andrzej's wine tastes the best in this atmosphere like a cha cha also! Breakfast was nutritious and tasty :) In the morning Andrzej helped us to find a bus stop. Our stay was excellent, I really recommend!

You need to stay here! The host is the best in the world, always ready to help and guest you. Location is crucial + you need to spend some time in their garden - wonderful!

Really nice and calm place to stay. There are only a few rooms, so it's quiet, and it has a lovely green yard, which is so pleasant to sit in the evening. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfasts were tasty

Exceptional

A great place to stay if you need to travel the next day from Kutaisi airport. Clean and spacious. It only has two rooms and a large shared kitchen and dining area, with private bathrooms. It was very quiet and since it was only two rooms onsite, it had a lot of privacy. One of the better stays that I had in Georgia.

Extremely welcoming owners picked us up at the airport very very late at night - around 3.30 local time - by car and drove us to the guesthouse for 10€. That was wonderful. Great breakfast and transport to the city center included in the price.

Very delicious dinner, landlady offered us a drive to center and back, tasty wine ?, breakfast included, very good English level of the landlady, very nice sitting in the garden.
