Very clean, good kitchen to cook by yourself, fantastic garden.

Location to the airport

Property is located at the the Centre but very poor customer service and the washroom near reception was stinking Poor customer service , reception guy was doing 24 hour straight shift and he was always sleeping

We loved the garden – such a beautiful and relaxing space! The pool was okay, though the water wasn't very clear. One thing we really appreciated was being able to chill somewhere outside the hotel – it gave us a nice change of scenery. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially with arranging a driver so we could tour around on our own schedule. Breakfast was great too – a perfect start to each day! The treehouse was great plus all the small cute bridges connecting it, definitely an awesome experience. To add to it, there was a convenient store beside the hotel and that was great! There were a few things that could be improved: there was no bidet in the bathroom, the TV was placed to the side of the bed which made watching uncomfortable, and there wasn’t enough space to hang our clothes. Also, there was no phone in the room to contact reception, which would’ve been convenient.

We booked a room on our way from the Kutaisi International Airport to Kazbegi. Room was perfect (clean, comfortable) as well as the bathroom. Calm. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, at about 2.30 AM but that was absolutely no problem since reception is available 24/7. Definitely appreciable. Perfect service.

It is close to the airport and that was our priority. Clean and comfortable rooms. Tea and coffee available all the time. The guy at reception was amazingly helpful. Thank you very much. There is a grocery store below the hotel. We arrived late and left super early so we did not use the hotel facilities. The hotel is located next to a busy road, which makes the room noisy. Ear plugs are recommended.

We visited 3 years ago and were amazed at all the extra work that has been done in the garden - well worth a stay just for the experience of the garden and treehouse itself! Very friendly and helpful staff too. Will definitely be back when we next fly from Kutaisi. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a good improvement

This hotel is ideally located just 10-15 minutes from Kutaisi Airport, making it perfect for a short stopover before or after your flight. It's a small, cozy hotel with a charming courtyard, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport!

The garden is pretty and interesting and the tree house is very cool ? The staff was friendly and helpful, and also gave us some house wine for free. Getting to the city is a bit annoying, you need to use taxis (quite cheap, but the apps don't always work).
