What a lucky find! Across the street from the central Kutaisi Park. It is a family run (mother, father, and son). They are so nice! Comfortable bed and pillow. Nice bathroom and room. Quiet room facing the inside courtyard. Comfortable air con. The family helped arrange drivers at good prices and taught me a little about local culture. What an amazing find for a good price!

Located in the center just a minute away from the city park. There is a kitchen available in case you need to use it or want to have breakfast there. The staff was very welcoming. The bathroom was a little smelly.

Although our first impression left us a little worried (when we entered the building it seemed old and neglected), when we entered the apartment we found it had been completely renovated, everything was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The owners are a truly lovely family; they treated us wonderfully at all times and made us feel at home. We were even able to share local food and drinks with the woman. A very pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend it. The first impression upon entering the building's courtyard. Although it looked rundown, the apartment is in very good condition.

What an amazing stay, the owners (mother and son) made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She is so so sweet and honestly made my stay unforgettable. I definitely recommend and will be returning back sometime! Nothing

Although I stayed for only one night, the stay was amazing. It's a cozy place with all basic facilities you would need. Hosts Maia and Murman are extremely helpful. Sure language might be a problem as they don't speak English, but that can easily be managed with Google Translate. The location is right in the center of the city, and you'll enjoy an early morning walk exploring the surroundings in the chilly weather. The more I write about Murman, the less it is. Super friendly cool guy. He picked me up at Kuraisi airport post midnight and even patiently waited for a long time while I got a SIM at the airport. I had a good night's sleep at their place, and in the morning was greeted by this tiny, super cute playful dog Louie! Murman drove me around the two monasteries I wanted to visit, then dropped me off at Rioni station. When I was looking for a bottle of water at the station, Murman was gracious enough to drive me back to a nearby cafe and helped pack Khachapuri and water for my train journey. Thank you so much Maia and especially Murman for making my short stay at Kutaisi a memorable one. I feel like I made a very good friend in Murman in the few hours I got to spend with him. I'll be staying here again the next time I visit Kutaisi.

Very cozy family hotel in the historical part of the city. Maya is a very hospitable and sympathetic hostess with high quality service. If you need you can ask for a shuttle service and it will be on time. Next time I would stay exactly in this hotel and could recommend it.

The location was great . Nice size room and use of kitchen. Lovely owner and the rooms very clean. The rooms are above shops so 2 flights of stairs and look onto the street with a park opposite.

Very central location, close to the Green Bazar and the Colchis fountain. Friendly and helpful personnel. Clean rooms The property is a bit difficult to find. The location, the Booking.com app shows you, is not correct. When you are there and face the park, you need to go left and cross the traffic light. The entrance to the hotel is behind a garage door to your left. I booked a "deluxe double room with balcony", but that term is exaggerated. It had a balcony, but the room was in fact very basic and small in size. The property is close to a busy street, where in the weekend the bike riders of Kutaisi hold their "noisiest exhaust contest". During the week, the noise level is acceptable.

Owner "Maya" is the best... She helps in every way possible...... Owner also gives you the best chacha you can have in Georgia... We tried many chacha in Georgia but what she gave was the best..... She also arranged pickup and drop to Airport. Best place to be if you are spending time in Kutaisi.

Excellent location and especially the hospitality by the Maiya. So happy to stay there as she took care of us like her family member. So friendly and welcoming. Will stay there again when we travel. The entry to the property can be enhanced.

Ok, so first, the property is not where they say it is. The map locates the place above the city park, but in reality it is on the corner of the Great Market, above the very busy crossroad. There will be hundreds of cars passing under your 1st floor window every hour. Till late night. We asked about change of the room, becouse of the noise and of practically poisoned air, but the hotel didn't make any other room available, although the facility was nearly empty all the time. There is an AC in the room, but the bathroom stinks so much, that you can't keep the window closed. The room description explicitly mentioned garden view and mountain view, but only thing we saw was the busy crossroad. There is also no kitchenette, toaster, kettle and desk in the room (as mentioned in room description). It is not allowed to bring food to your room. You will be asked instead to eat your food at the table in front of the reception desk. It is also a strange lack of privacy here, whenever you enter the shared spaces, somene will show up and start looking abot were you go and what you gonna do. The disclaimer says, that you need to pay extra 50 GEL as a deposit. We were not asked to, but we could not leave, untill someone inspects the room and clear it for check out. Overall feeling: this doesn't fell to be a hotel but more some kind of emenrgency housing or shelter, although the room itself was ok and clean. It was my 4th stay and you can definitly do better for the price.
