Very nice breakfast and restaurant with friendly staff, a small swimming pool, but cleverly incorporated into the limited space. Good vibe with enjoyable music. We expected a more spacious room; We had hardly any space to put our clothes away. There is no elevator, which makes it difficult to carry heavy luggage.

Very stylish, neat restaurant and bar. It’s a bit hard to find- watch closely for a small sign. Parking is on the street

very cozy boutique hotel, very tastefully decorated. Location is perfect, lot's of eating options, as well as local landmarks. Room is perfectly decorated and sound proofed, bathroom is big and very comfortable, water, coffemaker and fridge was provided. The great touch with soundbar playing chill music. Even though we did not take breakfast, restaurant on site looked very decent with lots of options. The host lady was a little bit miss leading, the description of hotel on Booking clearly says Parking on site, and when i called the lady responded that Booking description says Public parking >> even though it was not the big deal, similar interaction are not professional and result with low overall satisfaction. The check in instructions are unnecessarily long but we managed regardless.

A boutique gem in the center of Kutaisi - tastefully decorated rooms, comfortable bedding, and lovely staff. We had a great stay! A handful of rooms on the first floor (no elevator). Don't miss the hotel restaurant, Doli, with great local fare and a very well curated Georgian wine list.

Perfect location, very nice room and pool. We did not eat there but loved the hotel as a place to stay

Amazing location.

The personnel were very nice, the rooms were comfortable and cozy, you can feel true Georgian spirit there! The hotel restaraunt at the ground floor is the best for both breakfast and dinner. Just mind that there is no elevator and you will have to climb 2 stairs yourself with your luggage??

Firstly, although the rooms maybe small, The one we chose was super unique & comfortable and well designed. We just loved how cozy the rooms are. The staff is extremely sweet and made our stay lovely. The hotel arranged for a driver for 2 days to take us around Kutaisi. We highly recommend hiring this driver. Ask for “Mr. Nukari “. He took us to all the lesser travelled spots for no extra cost. He went above and beyond to make our trip super memorable and took us to all the places we requested. He even packed us a lil picnic basket that his wife and he prepared for our day. This place was absolutely lovely and deserved more than a 10 score. The hotel is also located in the heart of the city with plenty of stores and attractions close by. Absolutely nothing to dislike about the property and the staff.

Probably my favorite hotel during our stay in Georgia - loved that it was a small boutique space, with very nice details in the bedroom and bathroom. Good smelling products in the shower, comfortable bed, strong AC. Easy walk across the river to the main square of town... what more could one want? The restaurant was delicious - we ate there twice for lunch/dinner - our main server spoke great english and was friendly, telling us about Kutaisi and letting us try a few wines before committing.

Best location! Steps away from the white bridge, lots of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and major attractions. They can arrange a self check-in after hours if needed. Nothing to conplain. Nothing.

No pool available, small rooms

It's a very well designed boutique hotel, only a bunch of rooms which made it feel even more special. The décor is exquisite and it just feels very relaxing. The staff was very helpful especially Carolina. We wanted to try the restaurant inside the hotel but they ran out of Khinkali on our night so unfortunately we had to go somewhere else, but it looks just as exquisite as the rest of the hotel.

Very charming hotel. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating

Very charming hotel, in the heart of Kutaisi. I loved the details of the room: the music box, the books and vases, all the decorations were so charming! I would like to thank Cristina for her friendly attitude and kindness. Highly recommend the hotel; plus there's a very good restaurant just downstairs.

The beds weren’t very comfortable unfortunately and there is a fair amount of noise from the street if you take one of the rooms to the street side. We had the deluxe double with balcony. Especially for Georgia, this hotel is very very expensive. You can stay in guesthouses for 10€/night. At this hotel, we paid about 120€/night. So you’re having a European hotel standard and you’re paying European rates for that. Feels a bit out of touch with the rest of the country but the hotel is very nice and staff just fantastic.
