Great location - on a quiet side street right on the river but easy to walk to all the main Kutaisi attractions. Everything was very clean and well taken care off. I was fortunate to have breakfast there one morning which was a feast. Elza the owner was warm and welcoming!

This is a great place to stay!! The woman who runs this hotel is kind, charming, and genuine. Despite differences in language, we managed to have long animated conversations. It is so well located, you can walk anywhere in Kutaisi!

Nothing. From the moment we arrived, the experience was uncomfortable. At the gate, instead of a warm welcome, the first question we were asked was “When are you checking out?” — which was quite surprising and unwelcoming. As a family with two children, we found the atmosphere strict and unpleasant, with the host constantly imposing rules in a way that felt more like a military environment than a home. The air conditioning was of very low capacity. During the daytime, the room remained hot and only became bearable after sunset. When we raised this concern, the response from the host was dismissive and arrogant rather than helpful. Overall, it was one of the most uncomfortable stays we have ever experienced. I would not recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing environment.

Home is managed by babčia/grandma that will warmly welcome you. Location is in the center of the city, right next to the river. You can eat grapes which are grown all around the house. You can also have parties with Polish guests from another rooms. :)
