Green Palace Kutaisi

The bathroom floor was completely flooded because the water does not drain properly. I had actually read about this exact drainage issue in a previous guest's review and expected it to be fixed by now. Additionally, the car parking space is extremely tight and small, requiring you to be extra careful when maneuvering your vehicle.

It was a simple but tasty breakfast . If ever back to Kutaisi -I shall return to the Green Palace

The location was a quiet area. I loved the soft green decor. Reception was helpful in organising a driver for me. The hotel was on the side of quite a steep hill - 110 steps to the road to the river. I am quite fit but someone with mobility problems would struggle. Some noisy building work next door.

Everything was great. I wish I stayed for longer. Comfortable beds, high tech facilities, very friendly staff, good breakfast, parking is very convenient. I'm very lucky to have found this hotel.

Parking accommodates only a few cars. We found a spot but it can be problematic. Only instant coffee at breakfast, which I believe is too economical

Very clean and tidy. Very small, stuffy room and no place for suitcase. Wi-Fi coverage is poor so you have to go to corridor to chat. Wall socket is opposite side from table.

Overpriced, suffocating room, and a disappointing experience – not the Georgian hospitality I expected I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn fellow travelers. This newly built hotel looks nice in pictures, but the reality was quite disappointing. The room I was given was shockingly small—barely enough space for a bed. There’s practically no room to move around, let alone open a suitcase. On top of that, the strong, toxic chemical smell from new construction was overwhelming and caused me to have an allergic reaction during my stay. For the price they charge, I expected a far more comfortable experience. Unfortunately, the hotel heavily advertises and always appears at the top of booking platforms, but this visibility does not reflect the actual quality. The location, too, is not as convenient as they claim. While the staff were polite and tried their best, I have to say the overall experience lacked the warmth and hospitality that Georgia is so well known for. It felt like the hotel prioritized promotion over guest comfort or honesty. Please think twice before booking—especially if you’re sensitive to smells or need more than a box-sized space to breathe.

the rooms were spotless ,very comfortable and clean. and the location was perfect for exploring the city. It’s close to all the main attractions and restaurants. my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely return. What I loved most about this hotel was , location in the heart of nature. Surrounded by greenery and fresh air, it felt like the perfect escape from the city. A truly peaceful and refreshing stay I highly recommend this place
