Single room Really hot despite a fan

I liked that I had my own private cubicle, there were fridges and a fully equipped kitchen.

My wife was suffering from bedbugs and found it from her bed and my bed as well. We asked any medical spay or help but the manager said he can cancel the booking at 10pm. We had to move to other hotel quickly but much better with similar price.

The hostel has many clean bathrooms, showers, big kitchen and and private capsule rooms for the best price ❤️

I want to say thanks to the owner or manager of the hostel. He was very welcoming, we found some issues with the room, and he handled our cancellation graciously. The hostel cleanliness is top notch, I normally do not see a hostel this clean, especially the common area. The place is about 15 minute bus ride away from the center, so it's not too far if you don't mind being on the outskirts. The park is nearby. The main bus station is about 18 minutes away by foot. A few bus stops via local bus. If you are coming from Tbilisi you will be passing by the hostel most likely, just ask them to stop next to the park. There are a few grocery stores nearby. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking equipment. The walls are fairly thin, had to ask the neighbors to speak quietly, but I don't think even that helps. The dogs outside at 6 am were a menace, barking quite loudly. So that's a bummer, and possibly based on luck more than anything. The bed mattresses are not the comfiest for my back, I like mattresses to be more firm.

The property owner DMed me 1am (I didn't answered cause I was sleeping), then called me 11am and spoke in an aggressive and intrusive manner, asking questions such as “Why are you not answering?”. I confirmed to him the booking via phone and thought it's enough. But according to him, I was expected to confirm the booking via DM according to some their internal processes. However, I was travelling in an area with limited mobile internet and poor connectivity. I had already made a reservation through Booking.com and had no reason to believe that any additional confirmation was required. I am not supposed to know how the property's internal processes work. When I finally got online around 3 PM, I found a message saying that my booking had been cancelled. This caused significant stress and completely disrupted my holiday plans. Being left without accommodation in a foreign country made me feel abandoned and extremely anxious. What made the situation even more concerning is that, despite sending me a cancellation message, the owner did not seem to formally cancel the reservation through the platform. It gave me the impression that he expected me to cancel it myself, potentially shifting the consequences and costs onto me. Whether intentional or not, this was highly unprofessional. I believe this behaviour is unacceptable for a hospitality business. Guests should not be pressured, threatened with cancellation, or punished for being temporarily unavailable while travelling.

They have separate small room like partition in a big hall and its really good. You have privacy and it feels like you you in a hotel. Washrooms and kitchen neat and clean. This is very unique hostel i have seen. Everything good about this but only one thing that this hostel will not give you a hostel wibe. Only you can interact with any person if they are in hall or kitchen. Also this is quite far from main old town area so you need bus to go there.

I really liked the individual cubicle type rooms. It’s something I haven’t seen before but loved. There was a fan to keep you cool and you could lock up your own room. The main hostel worker spoke English well and was very attentive to detail and always up to help. I saw them carry the bedding for cleaning and all the bathrooms and showers were very clean. For the money you pay I don’t think you can get a better place The laundry was only 5 GEL, but I thought it would get dried as well. I was leaving the next day and it was humid so it didn’t fully dry. The hostel worker did what he could it was just not communicated on both our parts what was included in laundry. So maybe skip or make sure there is enough time to have it fully dry depending the humidity- but his is less to do with the hostel itself.

Excellent value for money. The setup in the dorm beds was such that everyone had their own private cubicle. Owners were really warm and helpful. Good vibes. Not in the center but supermarket, bus station, and huge market are all close by.
-
The open roof cabin option is suboptimal as some people keep on light at night.
-
The best for the price. Having a private room for a bed price is definitely worth it.
-
The location, is 45 min walking to city center and there isnt so much near the hostel, anyways you are 5 lari (less than 2€) in bolt to the center so it's not a big problem.

I really enjoyed my stay here. They also allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. There are beautiful murals on the walls from travelers around the world, which gives the place a very nice atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Kutaisi ??? Some travelers did not follow the common rules, such as keeping quiet during certain hours. However, the host was very helpful and responsive. Whenever I messaged him, he replied very quickly and tried his best to help.

Although this hostel was not located near Kutaisi’s city center (about a 2 mile walk or quick bus ride), it’s located just 50 meters from the City Bus Company drop off and pickup point from/to Tbilisi. This hostel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with lots of toilets & showers accessible. The kitchen is also very usable. I booked a private room for my stay for ~US$11 per night - which was exceptionally comfortable and private.

Showers and rooms are clean, there’s a kitchen with drinkable tap water, and the owner David at the front desk is awesome!

We stayed in the private room, it’s a nice and big clean room, the staff was very friendly and helpful There is no elevator, unlucky for us because we had a heavy suitcase, but manageable :)
