The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I asked the host about sightseeing spots information, he gave me all I needed plus offered me to provide with very affordable transportation which I ended up taking as good communication was established. He spoke, Georgian, Russian, and English.

I purposely booked a larger room with a double bed and ended up with the small room and small bed. Seems to be a bit of an issue here looking at other reviews. She did apologize and I was able to change rooms on the second night. Obviously never a convenient situation, but I pack up and move to different hotels so often I rarely unpack enough for it to be a huge concern, except for the fact that I’m paying for a room that I did not reserve. She did give me back a little bit of money to make up for that. Not that it was enough to matter, but I appreciated the gesture. Life is too short to get upset and she was a very nice and I travel enough to understand that things happen. So be prepared that this could happen to you if you’re a solo traveler here. Obviously sticking you in a smaller room is advantageous for the place even if you pay for a larger room.

Small sized triple room

The beds are also very comfortable and don't make any noise, the air conditioning also works very well.

The internet connection was very bad.

The location of the property was really good, but it took us a while, as on the google maps it was on other place, but the owner got us there. We have booked a big room 25sq.m. with a balcony. I called several hours before the arrival to confirm the room, but as we arrived there, the owner told us that one of the bed in that room was broken and she moved us in a very small room with smallest window, which is really tight for three persons. As we were tired of travelling, we accepted it, but had to pay for the bigger room :(

Ok place for short stay. Listed conditions are overdimensioned. Not every point available. E.g there is a kettle and cup, but there is nothing to do with that. No tea, coffee, etc. Support was not always available on reception. The room is tinny but warm and with a high-quality bed.

Very helpful and friendly people. Even waited for me very late because I hate a late flight. Offered a airport transport for a reasonable price. Location is very central but also quiet.

I booked quite late, around 9 PM on the day, and I was able to check-in only after midnight. It was no problem for them at all. The location is perfect, it is literally in the middle of Kutaisi. The AC was switched on to heat, as it was quite cold outside. The room was very clean. The bed was a bit short for my 186 cm height. There was no hot enough water in the shower, just somehow middle warm. As I arrived freezing (cold temperature and rain outside), I would have prefered some genuinely hot water from the shower. Not a big deal, but if you like hot showers, worth a consideration.

Close to town and very cheap There was a staff member who was possibly the rudest person I have ever encountered at a hotel. Had zero customer service skills and if it wasn’t a non refundable room I would have cancelled on the spot.
